As part of our service to you, Above Board Home Inspections provides a comprehensive report that covers all aspects of the inspection process. The report includes a short Summary Report, as well as the more extensive full report appraising areas needing maintenance, defects requiring service or repairs, and hazard or safety concerns.

Dan from Above Board Home Inspections was great. He did two inspections for us while we were in the home buying process and was super easy to get in contact with and return the reports quickly. He walked us through the entire property and took the time to explain anything that was wrong with the properties or anything that was done good.
