For a basement, crawl space, or slab foundation, we guide you on the right path to a healthy home. When your home has issues with its foundation, basement or crawl space, you need to respond immediately. If left untouched, these problems jeopardize your family's safety, ruin your property value, and cost you extra money.

Crawl spaces are common targets for foundation settling, water intrusion, cracking and biological growth. We have solutions for all of these issues. Humidity in the soil and air releases destructive water vapor, debris, contaminates, and pollen.
Services
Heavy rainfall or melting snow can cause basement leaks and flooding which result in weakness in the ground beneath your foundation. Foundation sinking, bowing basement walls, and other structural damage can occur as the supporting ground softens. In the process, you're left with an ideal environment for the growth of mold and mildew.
Accuwell's one-piece design is engineered with strong materials that do not rust or rot, protecting your egress window from the elements. The window well resembles stone and comes in two shades meant to compliment your home's appearance. The egress window will fill your basement with natural light.
When I was a teenager, we lived in a small bi-level house. Two of the bedrooms -including mine- were in the basement. There was only one small window in each bedroom: they were tiny, crank-style windows that let in more spiders than sunlight. To make things worse, only the bedrooms were finished. The rest of the basement was bare concrete and it was immensely creepy after dark.
Does your basement leak? Our sump pumps offer D/C Back Up if the power goes out and built-in redundancy if the main pump ever suffers a failure. All Acculevel waterproofing systems drain into a top-of-the-line sump pump system and include safeguards against power outages and pump failures. It is extremely important to have a second battery-operated pump in the sump liner in case of mechanical or power failure.

We have received excellent service from Greg Backus as our project manager. He answered all of questions and made the paperwork and payment process very efficient. Today our job was completed. They did an excellent job. They even moved our trash toters out into the road so that could be picked up. When they were cleaning up at the end of the job, they brought both toters to in front of our garage door. Those little things makes a big difference. The professionalism in this company is evident throughout the entire process. Mary Christian

I had an estimate scheduled for this morning and Tyler Whitlow showed up on time and was very pleasant and friendly. I showed him my areas of concern and he explained what my issue was very clearly so that I understood, pointed out several details and gave me recommendations. He was very thorough, very professional and very knowledgeable. I appreciate Tyler so much! There was another guy that came out before Tyler who was also very honest, informative, friendly and helpful but I don't remember his name. Both were Excellent!

We realized our home had problems with a sagging floor and had quotes from several companies to correct. All the companies had the general view that the center beam was the issue but each had different ways of addressing the problem. One of the quotes was extremely expensive and another even refused to do the job short of removing the floor to get to the crawl.

We were pleased with Jensen at Acculevel as he was helpful and addressed our questions as we moved thru the decision process. Acculevel was able to determine a fix that did indeed correct the issue but did not break the bank. The crew completed the work as quoted and when they were done were able to establish a good amount of lift in our floor. We are pleased with that and can notice the change already. With the 2 year warranty, Acculevel will come back 3 times in the next two years and further adjust as needed. I would recommend Acculevel if foundation help is required.

Excellent work on installing an inside perimeter drain in the basement. For the first time in years, zero water in the basement during or spring flooding season! They worked with me to keep the existing sump and drain giving options rather than a forced sale. The work was fast and completed 90 feet of drain along 3 walls in one day! Definitely would recommend Acculevel!

Awesome experience with Accu-Level. We had them install an egress window in our basement. The entire process was very easy from the first call all the way to job completion. The install crew was very polite and respectful. Asked for permission to drive in yard so they could get equipment where it needed to be. They put plastic down before digging the area.

This really made a difference upon clean up. After they were all done they made sure to have me inspect the work. Everything is super clean. I highly recommend this company for all your basement needs. One piece of constructive criticism. It would be nice if you touch base with the customer a couple days before the install just to confirm appointment and such. Not a huge deal just would be nice.

Eddie and his 2 man crew arrived promptly in the morning to begin work. They were all very professional and courteous. These men worked diligently to install 3 helical piers on the exterior of one corner of our home, correct foundation and floor joist issues located in our crawl area along with spraying X-70 where needed. I took outdoor pictures to include in our home file, while after all work was completed, Eddie took additional photos of the work performed in the crawl area for me. Amazing outside clean-up. We definitely would recommend Acculevel to others. April 14, 2022. Thank you to Eddie and crew. Bruce and Debra.

Had two helical piers installed to fix our sinking porch on for our 1923 home. There was little to no damage to our lawn and landscaping, and they used a front loader to drive down the piers. We also had a waterproof membrane, drain trench and sump pump installed in our cellar. The team(s) who did the work were awesome. They did amazing work, were very clean and professional. Very thankful I called to get my home checked out. Loved our sales rep!

Based on an estimate they gave in 2020, Acculevel installed helical piers on the back part of my house after I purchased it. When I got a new job a year and a half later and needed to sell, I discovered that the work they did wasn't even half of what was actually needed, and that I would have to spend several thousand more to complete the job.

In discussions with Acculevel, I was told "our guy should have done a more complete inspection" and "I've been in situations where sellers try and manage the contract in a way to save themselves money. That's probably what happened in this case. That's still no excuse, we should look at the whole house." Yet I don't know if anyone was ever truly forthcoming with me about what was going on -- with the previous job and the new estimate of what else was needed -- and I certainly don't appreciate Freddie's attempts to gaslight me while looking at inspection reports.

Seven thousand dollars -- which is the discounted price they quoted me only after several hours of back and forth with a sales manager -- is a huge amount of money that I shouldn't have to pay, if only Acculevel had been as "honest and transparent" as it claimed to be when I purchased the home. I'd be skeptical of any estimate they provide.

Had my crawlspace walls wrapped with a thermal insulation blanket and foam insulation in the floor joist around the perimeter of the crawlspace. Jordan was my sales advisor who visited me and recommended the procedure I went with. Day of work was done by Mario and another worker. They both did a outstanding job and the finished project looked very professional. I would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate on using them in the future.

WOW! Reuben the supervisor on the job and his Team partner Brian did an excellent job! If you can imagine a muddy crawl space.they laid a complete vapor barrier the crawl space area leaving it spotless and pure white. You could eat off the barrier. Additionally they installed a sump pump and dehumidifier. Everything was organized and left spotlessly clean!

This area was loaded with bricks, pvc pipes, rocks, wood pieces and they made it look like it was just dug in. Acculevel is by far one of the best services we have had come out to our lake house! I encourage everyone to benefit from this company if you need such services! sherry S. who posted on 2/25/2021 must be difficult to work with because these guys were so detailed, clean, efficient and never stopped working accept for a brief lunch.

The job lasted 2 days. I cannot imagine Sherri S. Had this experience? Note, once you post on Yelp, it cannot be removed so I suspect they company solved here problem. They are very guarantee focused.

Acculevel came out to look at our basement wall. They provided a quote that was a good value. They recommended a bit more work than the minimum but much less than the maximum. As an engineer, I understand structure but not the day to day application in the field. Acculevel solved the issue, their crew was great to work with and they come in at 25% on cost of the local claimed market leader. I thought they were fair, knowledgeable and the best value out there. I'd recommend them 100%.

Now this is a story all about how Our house had problems underground And I'd like to take a minute, just sit right there I'll tell you how Acculevel handled every repair We bought a great house, and it got lots of praise But after closing it wasn't all that many days Of chilling out, maxin, relaxing all cool And splashing and playing in our brand new pool When a couple of walls that we'd thought were all good Started looking sketchy under all that wood We pulled off a couple panels and I got real scared And said OH NO and pulled out a few handfuls of my hair I got estimates and quotes day after day But it wasn't until Freddie Miles showed me the way That we'd get it repaired and then he got me my ticket To a shiny new basement. Well, I might as well kick it Crew came, yo, it was bad Dust in the air, shaking the window glass Is this what owning a real house is like?

They cleaned it up, this might be all right But wait, I think there might be water leaking, oh drat Don't worry, Freddie said, we'll take care of all that He was totally right, so don't get disheveled Just trust the care of your basement to Acculevel They finished up and when I went down It was all done, looked super great, I had nary a frown Not a drop of water anywhere, the walls all looked great They did a awesome job, I thought, I'd recommend them I even got the nicest opportunity to befriend them I walked up the stairs and when I closed the door I felt like everything was level, even the floor If anything, I could say the service was rare And I thought, "Great job Acculevel, your price is real fair!" I am Done with this review, it took longer than normal And I think probably it's a little less formal But if you have basement problems, I promise you'll revel In the excellent work that's done by Acculevel

Acculevel did some foundation repair at the front of our house and as part of the repair, restored a brick Archway on our front portico. I looked up their name on our paperwork from a job they did in 2010, because we now need some chimney repair. They don't do chimney repair, but I just wanted to thank them for the repair from August 2010. We've not had any problems, the front of the house, including the brick Archway looks great, and they did great work. Hoping we never Need more foundation work but would love to use them again if we did.

I rarely write reviews, and when I do, they are good ones. I have never come across a company this shady in my life. I've done business with many contractors. This is the only one to just not respond when there is still a problem with their work. I'd rather stab myself in the eye than call someone back to my house. I avoid it at all costs, but when your elderly mom has paid $12k out of her savings to waterproof her basement, you have to keep calling if it keeps flooding, right?

Especially whrn you have a lifetime warranty for a basement with no water. After the 1st time the basement flooded after a big rain, their manager actually suggested that maybe if I just got a dehumidifier (never previously mentioned), that I wouldn't have these huge puddles of water in my now "waterproofed" basement. (Although I now have a dehumidifier so that we can breathe better because all the moisture caused mold.it is not a way to prevent water in a basement.if it were, there would b no need for these companies.each person would just buy a handy dehumidifier-it's ludicrous).

I called each time my basement flooded, because I have a warranty for a basement with no water. They have said that they got tired of me calling them back out, and said they have spent extra $$ to work on our basement. Um, if you obviously didn't do it correctly the 1st time, then you work on it until there is no longer water coming in! Not until you are just tired of working on the same problem!

If you don't know how to fix it, say you don't know how to fix it! I would respect you a lot more than ignoring calls and letters. It is so unprofessional. I was pleasant to everyone who entered my home.

Acculevel has been working at my townhouse these past twodays. While I cannot express an opinion at this early time regarding their work (which is to stabilize the failing foundation under my unit with six piers), I would assume/hope their resolution will do the trick. So what I wanted to say with certainty is that this company has been great to work with from the beginning.

The project manager on my job is Ryan Miller, and his communication has been outstanding. He has been thorough throughout the process, kept me informed of every step, and was patient and understanding with every question I've ever tossed at him. I'd also like to make special note of how very courteous and friendly the two men are who have been doing the physical work (digging the trenches, installing the piers, etc). I am impressed in every way.

The team was courteous and on time. The completed job stayed within the original quote. Although the materials used were not what I expected or what I was used to seeing on a crawl space drainage system, the system works as described, so far. However, follow-up questions and concerns regarding the sump pump discharge not being far enough away from the house to prevent excess water accumulating in the yard and creating swamp-like landscape issues have not been answered or addressed satisfactorily (even though my concerns were reported to 2 Acculevel representatives over a month ago) which is the reason for my 3 star rating.

I am reconsidering using Acculevel for any future projects that I have planned because of my experience with their poor customer response to resolving issues after the job has been completed.

My husband and I have re-named this company "Acculevel-ish" because of the poor quality of work they did at our house. Had we not complained and persisted in getting someone back to our house to see the terrible job that was done, I'm sure it will still be that way to this day. To begin with, the "project manager" came to our house on Friday and we were told that, due to the age and general configuration of our patio, they would not be able to do what was needed to fix it.

We were impressed that they admitted that prior to doing the job and THEN telling us it didn't work. Fast forward to the next Monday when they returned and the "owner" said that they COULD do the job, but they did nothing to fix the things that caused them to decline the job on Friday. Anyway, thinking that they were the experts, we agreed and let them do the job.

Big mistake! The cracks in our patio look like they were filled by a 4 year old with holes and bubbles everywhere. They cut around a pole on our porch so that the slab would raise without disturbing the pole which supported the roof. The slab went no where! It is exactly the same level as it was before they started, only now has been hacked up and has the cuts filled (partially as well) with the grout-type filler.

The slab was 1 1/4" out of level when they left, clearly without any intention of returning. Then we got the bill for the final amount, less the deposit. We refused to pay until someone came out and looked at the pitiful job that was done. After not returning our phone calls for over a week, the owner finally came out and "did the best they could" to level out the patio (after our contractor suggested taking the weight off of the porch by jacking it up and removing the posts from the porch--"Good idea" they said.) and to fill the rest of the cracks.

They still did not completely fill the ones around the pole, and there are still some holes, but it is better than it was. Rather than fight them, we paid the balance to be done with them. For nearly $4000.00, we expected so much more. We will not recommend Acculevel-ish to anyone and hope that they do a better job for the next sucker, er, person.that they work for.

Hi Jessica, Your Acculevel team showed up today. Luckily I just got back home. I had to make a pharmacy run for my wife. She has Cancer. The guys set up the level and just as I thought. Your work was still in the same location. The rest of the building has moved 3/8 inch. It took 8 years but it is sinking. Your crew was great. Good guys. very professional. Thanks Again.

This is the only Acculevel I can find on Yelp. I will assume it is the same company we used Oct/Nov 2017. Young man that came to the house was very professional. He went under the house and took lots of pictures. When he came back in the house we talked options. We decided to get the house leveled and do mold remediation and preventative. The company had to reschedule once and actually that worked better for us.

The work took two days to replace rotted wood and to spray a solution on all the wood to stop current mold and prevent further mold. My only compliant and the reason for 4 stars not 5. They should really tell people to leave the house during the spraying. We had boarded our dogs since they couldn't have access to the yard while the men were working, but husband was home when they were spraying.

When I go home from work I could barely breath and was immediately getting a headache. I told him we both needed to leave while the house aired out. We opened all our second story windows and were gone a couple hours. When we got back most of the smell was gone. We turned our HVAC back on and left the windows open a few hours more. I can only imagine someone with allergies or asthma would have real issues with the spray. If someone from the company sees, this please tell people to remove their pets and also leave and air out their house when this spray process is being done.

These guys leveled my porch. they did it for a great price, and they even gave me a discount for a promotion that had recently ended. They were super professional, and I felt so grateful that they were willing to help me out on price. Also, I have a minor foundation issue, and they could have jumped into a super expensive quote to fix. Instead, they told me how much the fix WOULD be, but that it might be a better plan to just keep an eye on it instead of spending all that money, when we don't know that the problem is really there. Love it when a contractor is willing to tell you that work may NOT need to be done.
