We have used Advantage Home Inspection multiple times and also recommended them to family and friends. They saved us from getting a house that needed too much work. They also opened up our eyes to what our current house needed so we could tackle the important projects after we purchased the home. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a very thorough and honest home inspection.

Absolutely fantastic! Donald Lovering (Advantage Home Inspection) performed two home inspections for me when recently purchasing a new house. The first house was a mess and I decided not to buy it but the second house was great. I don't know if I have ever felt so confident buying anything really. After Donald is through with the house you will know everything you could ever possibly want to know.
He identified features of the house I never would have thought to look at even if I went over the house 100 times. I would (and have) recommended Advantage Home Inspection to family and I would do so for any friend as well. Even though I did not buy the first house I still felt I got every penny worth of the cost to inspect it. It was so thorough and educational it was like taking a short course in home inspection. If you really want to know what you are buying I highly recommend Donald Lovering.
