David did a great job explaining the details of each section of the inspection report! As a first-time buyer, this has been very helpful to understand all the aspects of the potential problems. AHI did so well with the pre-drywall inspection that I opted to use them again for tu he final inspection. Excellent customer service and good communication. Alex is one of the best inspectors we have ever had. Not only did he do a thorough job inspecting the property, but he also went over every detail in person and made sure I understood WHY the issue was either minor or major. He left me and my buyer's agent in great position to work out an equitable and comprehensive list of repairs on our new property. I would definitely recommend him!
