The technicians fixing the furnace issues, and they knew instantly from the symptoms the problem that was created when another company installed the furnace, out of the 2 furnaces I have. They were efficient and showed me before and after the work what they had done. The Technicians had cleaned any mess they had made, not leaving it to me to clean after them.

ANCAE is awesome. I had a problem with my condensate line. They came out the same day and made the necessary modification. No charge! I highly recommend them!

Critical: Quality Purchased this unit from ANCAE. PVC and copper tubing always leaked. Inexperienced installers. Made a service call on Friday. Charged me $135 for caulking. Basically put a bandaid on the problem. Owner of the business refused to fix the problem correctly and told me to take my business somewhere else. Wow! Service: Heating system repair

I was visiting my mom in Albuquerque for thanksgiving and her heater went out. We were calling around to get a company out to look at the heater the same day and no one could make it. ANCAE was recommended by a friend and they were able to make it the same day. They were very knowledgeable and we we're happy it was a simple fix with a broken belt. The technician Joseph was friendly and informative through the whole process. I'm very happy we were able to find this heating company.

Joey came out to do the shut down on our swamp cooler and get our heater going. He was a couple minutes early for our appointment. After all the other service appointments that come whenever they feel like it in a 4 hour window, what a welcome surprise that was. Then he was totally professional. He got the whole thing done in an hour including rinsing out the filter for our heater.

He even showed me each step so if I wanted to, I could do it myself next time. I will definitely be calling them again in the spring when its time to turn the AC back on and shut down the heater. Thanks so much ANCAE. You are the best!

They have some employees that map your property and come back to rob you. I would not recommend them unless they clean house. We will be reporting crimes soon.

My water pipes froze and broke over Christmas and again during February snow storm. Both times the owner was responsive and kind. His crew came out quickly and we're friendly and professional. They completed the work quickly and the cost was very reasonable. Will use again but hopefully won't need too! Thank you to ANCAE.

Had Ancae replace 2 furnaces 2 refrigerator ac and convert my hot water heater to tankless. They showed up every day on time cleaned up after themselves every day before they left and did an excellent job. They wore their mask throughout the entire job. I had several bids and they were all priced very similar. I would highly recommend them. Andal the owner is the best!

I bought two a/c/heating units from Ancae 6 years ago this spring. The first year it worked fine, or did it? because the upstairs unit would not cool and the freon had to be loaded. Each year they have had to come out and charge the unit with more freon. Which means more time off work each year. Then in year 4, John indicated the problems I was having was due to a possible defective unit.

He did put dye in the unit to beable to see where the leak was coming from and some kind of sealant to seal any leak. That didn't work. When they came out this year on may 15, the new repair person said he could see the dye on the "coil". He contacted Andell the owner and Andell ordered a new coil and said "he would pay for it". Installed the following week. Shabbily.

They came back on 5/26 to seal over the unit with some special tape as cold air was leaking out of the unit but it was cooling. Now on Friday 6/5, the unit stopped working AGAIN. I sent Andell a email and told him this unit needed to be replaced and it was old that after all this time it was still not working. He responded saying not to threaten him.

I responded and said I was not threatening him, just was very frustrated and if he would put himself in my position, he would be frustrated as well. I called later that morning and he does not have anyone available to fix my unit and I should perhaps call someone else (which I am doing). Andell was reminding me that I have not had to pay anything (except for the $230.72 freon bill in 2017 and reminded me that labor was only through the 1st year, but if I registered the units, I have a 10 year warranty on parts.

Which made me ask then, why he had to pay for the coil? I just think if the unit has never worked, then they should be liable and make it right. It isn't worth the battle. I would not, in all sincerity be able to recommend but rather stay away from them.

Horrible service. Had them come out two weeks ago fixed our issue for a day. A week later, called on a Saturday morning got the owner who indicated he could not help me until Monday that he would call me back. One, he did not keep his work and did not call me back. Two, said he could not get someone out to my house, three did not listen our care about the issue.

No customer service or empathy. He then started preaching to me about not be a good Christian? Who would start bringing religion on the call and more importantly begin to insinuate or judge anyone. Very disappointing as we have been supporting Ancae for over 10 years. Trying to help a local establishment. I would recommend you use someone else as the owner did not listen or care, just wanted me the phone.

I am very dissappointed with the service we have received from Ancae Heating & Cooling. Our refridgereated air conditioner was installed by Ancae 3 years ago, it recently stopped cooling the house. We called for a tech to come and look at it. John came to repair it, stated it was low on freon and filled it with freon. The air conditioner stopped working 5 days later, it started not to cool the house down again.

We called and Ancae sent the same tech, John. Immidietely upon opening the door he came in with an attitude and dimeanored tone towards my mom at the house. My mom stated to him that the air conditioner does not cool when it begins to get hotter outside during the day. She asked if the freon could be leaking and John stated in a rude tone "I don't know until I get up there, I filled it with freon before." After an hour of labor, John came in and stated that the air conditoner is cooling fine now and that the reason it doesn't cool the house is because the front window is open and letting the sun in.

My mom stated to him that she had just opened the blinds to the window so there could not be a way that one window would affect the entire house to heat up to 85 degrees in the afternoon. John then stated that he didn't know what could be wrong with it and insisted it was because the windows were letting heat in. He began to argue with my mom being rude and confrontational, after he was finished arguing my mom asked him to leave our property as he was not doing any work to fix the issue.

The tech was completely out of line and unprofessional, he came in to the house with a confrontational and defensive attitude. The issue is still not fixed and the air conditioner is not cooling the house after this second time Ancae has worked on our unit. Should have read these reviews first. I called this company because they originally installed the water heater in my newly acquired house and it had a slow drip i wanted fixed. While they sent out a guy the next day, it took him many hours and three trips back to his shop only to leave the problem worse than when he started. Had the audacity to present me a $500+ repair bill and tell me he was done.

He not only failed to repair the leak, he burned the ceiling above his poorly soldered repair. When i called the following morning to complain and request they send an experienced plumber to fix their mistakes, they offered no solution other than sending the same guy. This company has no right to be doing business. Ought to have any licenses revoked. Do not waste your time. Maybe i should be grateful they didn't burn my house down.

After installing almost $4000 worth of return air duct-work and a $2000 whole-home humidifier in my home, I was charged $276 for the follow-up service visit to make sure both installations were correct and the duct-work solved the issue I was having. It did not solve the issue and I feel as though prior to adding duct-work, this company should have taken the time to investigate if this was the necessary fix.

As I explained to the owner, " I am not an HVAC professional - that's why I hired you." They're now telling me my 5-ton air conditioner is over sized but they would be glad to put in a 4-ton replacement! Just to be clear, I had no issue with the technicians and found them hard-working and honest. John was especially helpful and truly showed concern and empathy for our issue.

My issue was with the owner, Andell. I found him uncooperative and lacking any customer service skills. I have no problem paying for service fairly and correctly performed, however, as a veteran and Christian, for that matter, I feel as though I was overcharged. My opinion!

The tech came to repair my tankless water heater that they installed last year. While I was not home, the tech berated my wife and mother about an issue that was not causing the problem anyway. After several hours that they billed me for, they didn't fix the problem, because he supposed it was the gas companies fault. I called up the maker of the water heater and they said it was likely a blockage in the system, not the gas company's fault.

When the tech came back, I had to walk him through fixing and clearing the blockage. He also ordered a new panel to replace the bad one they installed in the first place. They charged me for all three trips out to my place. They were unprofessional, walking through my house and using the restroom without asking. We will never use this company again because of their overpricing, wasting hours, lack of knowledge and Un-professionalism.

I have paid lots of money for the service and they didn't able to get it done the first couple time and they have to come back to finishing the job but they charge me more for the labor. It is not right for what the have done. Recommended to work with creditable company, you will pay a little more but they will do the work right. I'm not happy with the work from ANCAE.

My heater and water heater went out a couple days before thanksgiving! They were able to come out the day after I called them for assessment. They would be closed for Thanksgiving so the owner moved things around and was able to schedule my appointment for the Wednesday before. Everyone was very courteous, respectful and I am impressed with the quality of work provided. John did my install and he is awesome!

They were in and out within 5 hours. That included having to replace the floor after taking out the old and before putting in the new units! I had an great experience and highly recommend this company!

I was quoted a price of $125 for annual maintenance / filter change on a heating system and humidifier. The bill came to over $200, because the maintenance tech was junior and wasn't able to complete the job within the time originally estimated. When I inquired why a junior repair tech was sent w/out supervision, the company didn't have an adequate answer, and instead told me he should have quoted three hours for the job so I would have been satisfied with the technician taking 1.5 hours on a job that has in past years taken less than an hour. This comment raises concerns about the ethics of this company. I recommend avoiding this company.
