Before beginning a business relationship with Beko Associates you should be very cautious and get to know both Robert and Beatrix Koev (the owners). Having worked for them for a few years I know that they can be very difficult to work with. They avoid responsibility and make excuses for why their work can not be completed on time. Poor management has led them to lose multiple key employees and eventually down-size. Communication is frequently a problem as they will avoid it if/when they find themselves in trouble with a customer, as opposed to resolving whatever the issue at hand may be.
