Biltmore Building Inspections

Had to review my inspection from about a year ago and seeing how limited in scope and detail the inspection was, I'm disappointed.

Doug was wonderful to work with! He was extremely responsive, professional, knowledgable, and detail oriented. My husband and I are buying our first home and had a lot of questions for him. Doug was extremely patient with us as he went over details, clearly explaining all aspects of the inspection. I was able to be at ease and just listen when he told me that I don't have to write everything that he says in my notebook because he would send a very detailed report the next day. Doug also gave great advice for what realistically should be fixed immediately, in the near future, or what we could potentially hold off on. He was very affordable. I highly recommend using Doug!

Doug did a very fine job and was pleasant to work with. He took the time to go over every part of the house with me and explain any issues or potential issues that may arise. He was thorough in his action as well as his report. I also found his pricing to better than most I contacted. I highly recommend his services.

I would highly recommend Doug. He inspected two homes for me. He responded quickly to my initial queries and made himself available to my schedule. Both times he was professional and courteous. His polite and pleasant manner made it easy to work with him as well. He encouraged me to join him on both inspections and clearly explained everything. His depth of knowledge is obvious when speaking with him, and his detailed reports reflect that. He also turned around the reports quickly. If/when if comes time for our next home I will definitely be seeking his help again.

Because of the availability of the seller and the agents, it took a while to finalize on a date with Douglas. However, he was patient the entire time, and the actual inspection was a pleasure to go through with him. Though my new home did not have major repairs, Douglas was very clear and helpful with his recommendations on keeping the house in good condition.

I also appreciate that pricing on his website is clear. In the world of real estate where you must tread carefully, I would recommend Biltmore Building Inspections without hesitation!
