Hired them to do repair after water damage. They started late every day around 10am and would be gone by 2pm for "other jobs." After about 75% completion they just stopped showing and stopped returning phone calls. I have not heard from the project manager for over a month. I have had to complete most of the remaining work myself and find plumbers, electricians, and carpenters to fix the many issues arising from incomplete work. In my opinion, I would not ever hire this team to do anything.

All these negative reviews must be from difficult people. This company did exactly as promised and always have in the past.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Tried to hire but never followed through on sending estimate or returning phone calls. All they do is promise to do something then ghost you/avoid your calls for weeks. Don't waste your time with this company.

I had them come to my home for a qoute. They never gave me an estimate. I even called once to remind them. I shouldn't have to beg them to give my hard earned money.

CJ followed through on Everything that he promised. Finished our home repair in a timely manner despite being inundated with damage from the Polar Vortex. Thanks CJ and crew. Great painters also!

Wow - hired these guys when I had a leak in a kitchen drain. There was a lot of damage. They seemed okay to start; but then they cut two pipes in my basement causing my basement to flood two days in a row! They did repair that. But, when they encountered a problem with removing vinyl from part of my floor; they stopped work and didn't contact me. I did finally get Roger K to come one more time and I showed him the unfinished job - and also asked him about some further floor work since I was planning to change the layout (I was paying cash for new changes).

He never called or came back. Did you notice their office next to Farm Bureau? I'm wondering if this is on purpose now because even though I never received an invoice for any work; they sent only and estimate to Farm Bureau directly and my insurance even cut them a check for the damage THEY caused to my basement. Unbelievable - no reconciliation from Farm Bureau. Never really got anything labelled invoice either - Farm Bureau apparently took their word that they did everything on the estimate?
