Braun walked me through the inspection and all of his findings. He was very informative and patient as he detailed anything that might be of concern. He explained both possible problems and positives of the house while also giving me general information about repairs and upgrades I might consider. He was very professional and polite and made me feel a lot more secure while going through my first home buying experience.

James has inspected two rental properties for me to date. Both reports contained information that was essential for me to learn before closing. Very easy to work with. James explained everything clearly and professionally so that we understood what may need to be replaced or repaired. He didn't try to nit-pick all the little things that didn't matter. He was friendly, had our inspection done within 2 days of me calling and didn't charge outrageous fees.
