Built By Adams was founded in 1976 (originally named Adams Construction) by George Adams, Jr. in Sanford, Maine and it was his commitment and dedication to building the best homes on the market that continues to drive our company today. Built By Adams has since been taken over by Ryan Adams, and we primarily build homes in York County with a focus on the Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, and Wells, ME markets.
George has been involved in residential construction for over 40 years. His experience and reputation in the industry are second to none. George graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelors in Business and began his home building and remodeling business shortly thereafter. He has developed several top notch communities in York County, build 100's of homes, and completed numerous successful remodeling projects.
Built By Adams Provides an Initial Free Project Consultation to Help Get Your Custom Home Building Project Started. We will review your home plans (if you have them) or we can help you find a plan that fits your budget and your goals. We take the time to get to know you and your new home building needs and can provide direction from there. Please provide as much detail as possible about the where, when, and what of the home you want to build AND if you currently own land or Not.
