Bulkhead and Pier Marine Construction has been in operation in Virginia's Tidewater area for twenty years. Bulkhead and Pier Marine Construction builds piers primarily for waterfront property owners who are interested in waterway access for boating activities. In some cases, piers can be constructed to extend out into a waterway far enough to provide adequate channel depth for the watercraft.
