I had to select at least one start, otherwise I wouldnt even give them hat. I hired them to draft designs and bid on the job. Their estimate came in 3x higher than the other 3 bids so I went with another contractor. The plans they created were not designed to code and they refused to fix their mistakes, probably because I didn't hire them to do the job. Very unprofessional, rude and shady - stay away from these hacks.

I hired Cannatelli to draft plans for an office renovation. I didn't hire them to do the work because their bid came in more than 150% higher than the 3 other bids I received. The city of Boynton Beach claims the plans were not to code and required changes but Cannatelli is not only refusing to fix their mistakes without charging me an additional fee but they have not returned the last 3 calls or 4 emails. Very unprofessional.
