We were referred to Eric at Christenson by our HVAC guy to help with a disaster restoration project and he has been a miracle worker along with Derek and a couple more electricians that he has brought in to work on my parents 120 year old retired Odd Fellows hall in Sellwood. Eric is helping fight gentrification in Portland and he's the guy to call if you need an expert electrician to work on your old house or building.

We also had support from our account manager Kendra- she went well out of her way to help us get documents we needed for our insurance agent. We are beyond pleased with our experience at Christenson Electric.

Eugene with Christenson was great, he came to our business to wire up some security equipment. He was very thorough & cleaned up all areas once he was done for the day. We will be using them again.

Well I will never give them my business. Just now almost got run off the road by one of their drivers obviously in WAY to much of a hurry and took a video of him flipping ME off! Terrible driver and what company let's their drivers drive this way? He didn't even care that I was filming him and I am guessing it's because he knows they don't care and assumed I would call in a complaint that would get ignored.

His vehicle number was 905 and if anybody from the company cares about their insurance rates I will be happy to send the video to you. This guy will cause an accident and your company will get sued when he does.

Please read this carefully as this is a fair and unbiased review. 1) they do not provide high quality customer service and provide unequal costumer service depending upon the office mood and client resources 2) there is no culture of listening to a clients needs and understanding how best they can best provide service 3) There is no culture of safety (their employees are overworked and then they allow them to drive distractedly on the roads and cause accidents.

In summary, the employees are dissatisfied which reflects on their poor work and now is leading to poor interactions with others in the community. If they were the last company in Portland which were able to provide services, I would not choose this company.

These guys are incredible and honest and I will recommend them to anyone any day! I appreciate everything they did for me and Jeff C. is one of the best people I have ever met by far! Thank you so much! For those actually needing this review, I had an incident that happened and they took care of it right away even though we couldn't prove which company had done it they fixed it anyway. I have never met a more considerate business!

Very disappointed. I've been trying to line up an appt for at least two weeks with these guys and they're just not responsive. After not returning an initial email inquiry I got a hold of someone on the phone who had me forward my initial inquiry to them.strange. Once getting a call from a technician and emailing my specs in I never heard back from him after leaving two voicemails when he was supposed to call me back. If you don't want the work just tell me at the start so I can find someone else! Man!

I have to admit I've never actually used them. But when I was looking for a contractor to do some electrical work they were one that I considered just because they looked legit and professional. Then I started noticing some of the habits of their workers like simply not obeying traffic and parking laws. They would do stuff like park their vehicles in front of daycare centers that obviously have very limited space and need every space to drop off and pick up their kids and here's Christenson Electric Inc. taking up 2/3 of the spots to essentially deploy their vehicles even though it's not in use. Basically, they don't appear to me to be conscientious company.

So how are they going to treat me as a customer then if they are not conscientious to begin with? it's why I rate them a 2-star, because I don't think they're a conscientious company.we've already got enough of those we need more guys who are not just good at their job but also good citizens.

Caught a driver parked in a handicap parking spot while we struggled to find a parking spot that could accommodate my daughters wheelchair. I called and complained and it didn't sound like I was taken seriously. This was October 2016
