It's hard to get a call back with a scheduled time for repair service. I did receive a call from a Technician notifyi g he was on is way to my house. I told him I wouldn't be home and nobody called to schedule a time. I was told would call me back Tuesday or latest today but I didn't get a call.

Coach house did an incredible job building my garage. They are professional, courteous, and kind. The biggest wow that stood out to me was their sub contractors - they were all incredible kind and cleaned up after themselves. Plus they were punctual and nice.

We worked with Jeff during the entire process, from planning to final inspection. He was honest, helpful and up front about the entire process. We had some requests that were beyond a normal project, including burying our power lines to the house. Jeff seamlessly incorporated them.

We changed our minds twice about finishing the interior. Once we decided to do it, Jeff had the subcontractors there in 3 days! The construction quality is top notch and it really did take the crew less than a day to build the garage on the concrete slab. My neighbors were amazed. We highly recommend this company!

We had a great overall experience with Coach House Garages and Jeff Grummer. He was very professional, knowledgeable and had many good ideas about how to build our custom garage. We had to modify the original plans due to some constraints of our property, including my wishes to preserve a large old tree in our yard. Jeff and his team were able to revise the plans and design an even better one that even included a loft.

The quality of the construction is top notch (as to be expected from Amish craftsmen). I highly recommend Coach House if one is looking to build a custom garage to your own specifications.

We had a great experience building our garage with Coach House Garages. We worked through Jeff Grummer. Jeff was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We live in a neighborhood where the lot sizes are not very large. Given this, we were worried about building a two-car garage to replace our one-car garage, because of how much space it would take up. Jeff helped brainstorm the different places could put the garage, and even allowed us to borrow a set of cones to mark off how much space the actual garage would take up on our lot.

After we decided to move forward with the garage, Jeff helped us through the variance process with the City of Indianapolis and the Meridian-Kessler Neighborhood Association. We quoted just this part of the process with another vendor and they estimated the work at $4,000 (before we were to ever break ground on a new garage). Jeff was familiar with the variance process, and helped us through it for a fraction of the price.

Our Coach House Garage meets and exceeds our expectations. It very much looks like what we expected it to from the renderings Jeff provided. Overall, Jeff was helpful throughout the process, and our Coach House Garage is a quality product. We recommend Jeff and this company with no hesitation.

Coach House Garages build a wonderful garage. The design process was easy, and the construction and finishing time (I added many 'extras') was unbelievably fast. They were able to match the look and finishes of my existing garage so that they look identical - even though they were built 35 years apart. I would absolutely not hesitate to use them again for a future project (though my wife has already limited me to two 2 1/2 car garages!)

Jeff was very helpful in customizing a design-build plan to meet our needs. Then the build itself was truly an amazing experience with a crew of competent and skilled professionals led by Wes. Once the site prep and concrete work were finished, the walls, trusses, roof, doors, windows and siding were installed in record time (less than two days).Then the electrical work was completed by a licensed electrician with all the outlets, switches and recepticals that I requested. Permits and inspections were hassle-free under Jeff's careful management. We are very happy with our new garage and recommend Coach House Garages without reservation.

I had a great experience with Coach House Garages. I had searched for months to find someone to build a garage for me. The salesman, Jeff, was very knowledgeable and on site for every step, actually pitching in as needed. He explained every step thoroughly and was available by email and phone throughout the entire process. The building crew members were all very nice. The quality of work is phenomenal. I chose a two car garage with a loft and side porch. I love it. I highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with the team from Coach House garages of Indianapolis. Jeff Grummer was exceptional to work with and was on top of every detail from the windows, to the trim, to the colors, to the scheduling. He was an excellent communicator and kept us in the loop with any delays or changes due to weather or needed permits. We would probably still be waiting on our building without Jeff's intimate knowledge of local permit requirements.

He and his team of Amish builders did an amazing job of getting the building up in ONE Day. Still can't believe they did that. They did not cut any corners and even though there were unexpected expenses, Jeff always prepped us for that and softened the blow as best he could. We now have had the garage for about 2 years, with no problems at all and are VERY happy with the finished product. It is always a relief to pull into the alley now and open up the garage door and drive into our wonderful garage. I give them my highest recommendation.
