One time I built a sailboat here. I also got a nice tour of all the homes. They seem really nice. Would definitely go here for a modular house.

Zero stars! Stay away from this builder. They are unprofessional, rude, and don't even know what they are supposed to do. I built my home with them last year. During the construction itself, the house started to leak where the decks and stairs are attached. It's not even a year now and I have mold in the basement because of the leaks. They never even bothered to fix the leaks but were keen to collect their final payment.

I have several contract disputes with them. Yesterday pipes to the second-floor bathroom burst and water started dripping into my kitchen on the first floor. The whole process of building the house with them was such a pain in the ***. We filed a complaint with the Manufactured Housing board and office of the AG, I guess the documents are available for public access.

Stay far away from this company! They don't do what they say they are going to do. They sent our home down the road without any plastic, the home was wide open to the elements collecting dust inside and everything. When they set the home, the wires that connect to each side was crimped in-between the two sections and had to be cut and rewired. The work that had to be done on the inside was not good. Had to call numerous times to get them to come back and do their warranty work and still hasn't resolved all the issues.

We have a sliding door that leaks and their answer to the problem is that is how it is suppose to be. So a door is suppose to leak? Have left messages for them multiple times and haven't heard a word back. Even had them sign a paper saying work will be completed regardless of expiration of 1 year service agreement. May have to take legal action. Would advise anyone looking into their homes to stay away and go elsewhere. You don't need the headache and spend your hard earned money on a company that doesn't care about their customers or reputation.

We bought our House 9 years ago and during this past year we had an issue with the roof cap / shingles. I contacted Jesse at Coastline Homes and we went over the issue and he scheduled to have his Field Project Manager Mike come out and take a look. Mike came and inspected the problem area and with in three days was back and took care of the issue.

Customer service is very important and I must say that I am very happy that Coastline backed up their sale by taking care of the issue, even when it was determined that they did not have and the issue was more because of Mother Nature than installation. Thank you Coastline Homes, Jesse, Mike and Travis.

We recently decided to have a 24x24 basic garage built (not modular) and decided to go with Coastline Homes of Ellsworth, as we knew one of the salesmen. We had our first meeting in December 2018 and as of February 6, 2019, our garage is done, on schedule, and in use! It could have been done earlier, but the bulk of our funds were not available until January.

Only 3 weeks from the day the cement flooring was laid to the day I can park my car in the garage. One day delay for weather and one day delay for the electrician. The process even involved re-laying a propane line to get it out of the way. All the sales people were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They showed up for work promptly and worked a full day, every day.

They even matched up the siding to coordinate with our home and installed a weather vane for us, on the garage roof. We would definitely consider using them again for any future construction projects.

They don't even deserve one star. I feel that this company is very unprofessional. The sales associates are rude to their clients. It took forever to get the home set up. We were accused of " stealing or losing" the bolts to the tires. I assure you that no one wants a bucket of bolts that only slows down the process of getting into a new home. It's crazy to think you are blamed for that when you watched the workers put them in the truck. I have never seen a company act so unprofessional. Thank god it's over and we don't have to deal with them anymore. BUYER BEWARE.

This place should be called low quality homes. This place is a bunch of Theives, liars, and people who have no idea how to build a clubhouse never mind a home. I went in one day home searching and found a unit that I enjoyed. I asked my salesperson the price and was quoted 37000. I agreed and asked for them to send me the specs and paperwork via email.

When I had someone look over my paper work for me I was aware they SWITCHED contracts and was trying to swindle me into purchasing a different home. I called my salesperson and was told that they made a mistake and that this other home was the price she quoted not the I was showed. So with no warning they sent a contract to a home I did NOT want nor even see.

So after much frustration and talks with the owner (who is literally just as sloppy and ignorant as his workers) he said I can have the home I wanted but it will be about 10000 more! Wow. I freaked out and demanded my home I was promised at the price I was quoted. We made a deal for 410000 that included skirting and steps. My house was delivered early because apparently they needed to get it off the lot asap even though I was not ready for it.

But my concern was ignored and my was delivered. And when it was delivered it was clearly damaged on the outside as if the driver hit somthing on the way. My steps never came and I was told by a salesperson that they didn't put it in the contract so our agreement is cancelled. (Legit crooks). And my skirting was a uncompleted slides of plastic with zero insulation. (Talk about cheap ppl).

So after all said it done I fixed up my BRAND NEW home which is embarrassing and with in 4 months the trim inside was starting to fall off and when I contacted coastline homes the owner refused to come out because he is either to lazy or cheap and wanted to wait until my yearly inspection. After phone calls, Yelp threats and constant pictures he finally sent out a worker who was more Clueless than a child who wondered into the middle of a film.

Not only did the worker not fix my trim or other issues that was issued he broke stuff as well and asked me if that's ok. Haha. Wow. Now my home is breaking down more from middle school level craftsmenship and I have zero help from poorline homes. These ppl should be ashamed of themselves. To this day I'm still waiting for repairs. It's been 3 months.

Buyer beware is correct, we will be in this home 1 yr. Feb. 13, 2016, and still promises made that were to be doen, are still not done, with 3 calls and one office visit, we are still waiting for things to be fixed in this house, they wanted their money at the end of construction very quick, or we could not move in, but where are they NOW? The bank said hold back $, but we did not listen, wish we had of.

I will never recommend them. We lost out home to fire, and 3 dogs, and felt doing business with them would keep the business in town, wish now we had of found a modular home business elsewhere.very upset, sad, and disappointed in Coastline Homes, and Richie.
