It's our experience that makes the difference. We know, of course, that alone doesn't make us unique. What does is a collection process that protects, when at all possible, the relationship of our clients and their delinquent customers. Clearing up a delinquent account and keeping a valued customer is our ultimate goal, and the only solution we present to you.
If necessary, claims requiring attorney involvement will be forwarded to a proven Commercial Law League of America attorney with whom we have established a relationship. When suit is necessary, additional expenses such as suit fees and court costs will be required; an overall suit fee of 10% (5% non-contingent and 5% contingent).
