Services
At Construction Notice Services there are no sign-up fees or hidden fees you know exactly what you will be paying. Yes, all associates have been trained in all levels of Prelim, Liens, and Bonds. At Construction Notice Services, we pride ourselves on answering our telephones. If it is outside normal business hours, we will return the telephone call the following business day.
All parties on the job/project must give notice to the owner, general contractor, lender and customer not later than 20 days after Claimant's first supplying labor or materials. All Lien Claims must be filed/recorded at the County Recorder's Office (the county that the project is located) within 120 days after last furnishing work or 60 days after receipt of a Notice of Completion if sent out according to the statute. A Stop Notice requests the owner or lender to withhold payment to the general contractor even if the project is complete.
I am authorized to contract with Construction Notice Services, Inc. (CNS) for the following services: Preparation of Preliminary Notices, Mechanic's Liens, Bond Claims, Stop Notices, Lien Waivers and Lien Releases and Demand Letters and any other construction documents requested. I understand that the validity of the notices, letters, and documents prepared are only as good as the information supplied to us.
