Agent that worked with us was very professional and advised us how we should proceed with getting these repairs squared away They took care of the hassle with dealing with the insurance never had to call them. I cannot say enough good things about this company! From my very first encounter with Dave, who was my service representative, to my last day of paying the final bill, I received excellent service! Dave was thorough in his inspection of my home after storm damage. He made everything very easy for me by meeting with my insurance adjuster and walking me through how everything would be done, and helping me pick out shingle colors when I couldn't make a decision!

He always kept me up to date with what was going on with my project, timing of things, etc., and went above and beyond by giving advice on a few other minor repairs I needed done that weren't caused by the storm. He was wonderful to work with. I was very impressed with how organized and how every detail of the installation of each item, roof, windows and gutters, was handled.

The workmanship was perfect. I have not had to call back for any problems but I have no doubt that if I have a problem, it would be taken care of immediately. The customer service of this company is amazing! I also got to meet the owner and was very impressed with his honesty, his commitment to excellent customer service and high quality workmanship. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get home repairs or updates done to your home!

I had to work with David long distance as I am in Houston and the work had to be done on my Mom's home in Omaha. There was extensive damage to her home and my mom (87 with slight dementia) and I needed immediate repairs done. From the moment we met David to discuss the repairs, we TRUSTED him. For anyone in my predicament, with an aging parent and finding someone you can truly entrust with the scope of work on this project - and from long distance, knows how meaningful and impactful for us to find David and not have one single worry the entire time during the project.

While working on my Moms home, he respected her space, kept me in the loop, planned around her schedule stayed on budget, was on time and GOT THE JOB DONE. He treated my mom as if she was his Mom. Where do I start? Lina Romero (Senior Project Manager) along with the painting and roofing crew did a bang up job (pun). From the initial consultation to the last shingle placed to the final touch up paint completed, CSF is the company you need. Lina was open, honest and clear with all communications that took place. The roofers and painters were hard working, focused and dedicated to the goal of pleasing the customer with outstanding work. At the end of the day, I highly recommend them to do a job well done.

Working with Mike and the CSF team was a great experience. We were new to filing a home claim and they helped walk us through the insurance jargon and understand the estimate. They coordinated all the different teams: from the asbestos tile mitigation to roof install to gutters and siding. They did all this while battling supply chain issues with our new shingles. The new roof and gutters and siding look great and generate a lot of compliments from friends and neighbors. Highly recommended!

We found mold in an upstairs bedroom. I called, AT LEAST, 15 companies that day. Every mold company said they wouldn't fix the mold until the roof was fixed. Every roof company said they wouldn't fix the roof until the mold was taken care of.
Ben Navarro with CSF Exteriors not only said he would come without the mold being taken care of, but he came THE NEXT DAY and planned it around the naps of my 3 young children.

Come on. How thoughtful! But that's not it! Ben and Mike thoroughly inspected the attic crawl space, took their time to explain what they were looking at so that I understood their thought process, AND showed me pictures of the roof, explaining what was causing the leak. They ALSO explained that the problem on the roof was due to the builders not using the correct materials.

With that information, I saved A TON of money due to the builders taking responsibility and coming to fix it themselves. When I contacted Ben to tell him I would not need his services after all, I offered compensation because they did SO MUCH for us. He refused. He said that he wanted to help us out and he would not accept any form of payment. This is customer service. This is being kind. This is showing compassion. We are extremely happy with Ben and appreciate everything he did for our family!

I would very much recommend CSF Exteriors for any roof or gutter project. Mike walked me through the entire process in a way that was easy to understand, and took some of the burden of dealing with the insurance company that was mostly paying for the project. He was very responsive to any questions and concerns that I had, his crew was timely and efficient, and the finished product looks great!

Couldn’t be happier with CSF. I got a number of quotes from various contractors and all of them tried to oversell me on products and services I didn’t need. CSF and Mike took my job and did exactly what I wanted and did it quickly. Re-routed a gutter after a storm caused some damage, and came up with the perfect solution for part of our entryway roof that did not have a downspout. Amazing! I highly recommend these folks! My boyfriend and I bought our first house in October. The house needed some roof love, and we had no idea where to turn. Our realtor, Carla Okrina, recommended CSF Exteriors. The project manager, Mike Leuck, was very knowledgeable and personable, and never failed to keep us in the loop as to what the status of the project was. We were so happy with the service they provided that we have them lined up to also do our exterior painting this spring. I can't think of a better recommendation than repeat business!
