I would like to take a minute to brag on Jason Hawkins from Kennedy and Sons. I was needing to gain a good, professional, and honest assessment on some potential foundation issues that I was concerned about with my home. I was having a hard time trusting other company's and was advised to contact Kennedy and Sons because they had the best reputation in the business.

They sent Jason to my home the very next morning which was a Saturday. Jason arrived on time and was more than ready to get started assessing issues. I have dealt with many contractors over the years for various things and I have to say, Jason was one of the most knowledgeable and most professional that I have ever encountered. He took the time to listen to my concerns and talked with me in great detail about each and every one of them.

It was very obvious he knew exactly what he was talking about and made it very clear what was going to be necessary to correct the issues without adding a lot of unnecessary cost. He took measurements and drew up a very detailed quote, on the spot, that laid out every single detail of the the job, and made it clear where ever cent of the cost was coming from. I would recommend Kennedy and Sons for anyone needing a job done and done right. Its hard to find contractors like that anymore.

Kennedy & Son's did a lintel replacement on my Garage door. They were obvious experts in this field and I was extremely happy with the results. I was very pleased with the quality of their work, and I would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises. They were responsive and very professional in every way. We are so disappointed in this company! They were contracted, to do $7400.00 worth of foundation repair due to a sagging bathroom floor, door wouldn't close.they did a cheap fix that lasted only a few weeks and the same area started sagging again! Only after numerous calls did someone come out and say that the support that they put in was installed on a rotted beam!

Who does that? Don Kennedy and Sons does that! So, they sent a nice young guy out to take care of that, well, the door is even worse than it was! We trusted this company to also install a sump pump for us, which they did. They installed it directly underneath our master bedroom and when we requested that it be moved, so we did not have to hear the pump in our sleep, they refused to come and relocate it!

This company was paid over 12K and the original problem has never been fixed! Don't believe them when they say they stand by their work! We are meeting with a reputable company next week, to fix the mess that this company has made!

We just purchased our home and called Kennedy and Sons because they came highly recommended over and over by friends. We were NOT disappointed! Once we got on their schedule, the communication was awesome. They sent people to fix our issue and actually checked in multiple times making sure we were happy with the work. The guys who did the work were amazing.

Don Kennedy and Sons repaired the Lintel over my garage door. The lintel was sagging from the weight of the brick above the garage door. They installed a system they call 'Lintel Lift'. This was the best solution I found for a PERMANENT and good looking repair. It was also approved by my 2-10 Warranty company. Their installation team did the installation in less than a day and it looks perfect. They were professional and left my property in a clean state. I highly recommend them for this permanent solution for a sagging lintel.
