Donley Model Home

My husband and I recently purchased a condominium at The Enclave. This was our first "new build" experience. We were concerned the process would be overwhelming; however, Michael Donley, his associates and consultants made it enjoyable. Everyone was very responsive and helpful. We moved in 4 months ago and have quickly settled in. We continue to be impressed with Donley Homes.

We could not be happier with our new home purchase in the Enclave At Meadowmoore. We decided that it was time to downsize, but we did not want to compromise beauty, quality, or privacy. Donley Homes was able to offer us just what we had hoped for. Our new freestanding condo provides us beautiful living spaces and quality workmanship with ample cabinetry and storage throughout the home.

The community location is perfect - located in an area with a country feel, yet close to shopping for convenience. Mike Donley has been a pleasure to work with. He and his staff have responded promptly and kindly to any and all questions along the way. We are completely satisfied with our decision to purchase in this wonderful community.

Our experience with Donley Homes was better than we could have imagined. We had met with many other builders, both local and national, but the customer service and personalized experience with Donley far exceeded any other. Donley's Meadowmoore Reserve felt like it had been planned well for everyone to enjoy and give you the "neighborhood feel". The other builders we met with seemed more interested in how many homes could fit on the piece of land they had.

The walking trails, ponds, playground, and large community green space all add to that community feel in Meadowmoore Reserve. From planning, to building, to closing, every step was smooth and felt tailored to us. Their building material quality far surpassed the other builders in the area as well. Everyone we met with Donley Homes was extremely helpful and very nice. We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. There is no doubt that Donley Homes is the best builder in town!
