Since our founding, we have become one of the larger firms serving all of Vermont and Western New Hampshire, providing our clients professional General Contracting, Construction Management, and Design-Build services. In 1970, Frank Wall, Bob Lord, Sr., and Bob Lamphere combined their talents and created E.F. Wall & Associates, Inc. to provide General Contracting services for a growing Vermont. Initially focusing on serving commercial, office, and light industrial clients, the firm grew rapidly in the 70's and 80's, along with a reputation for integrity, quality construction, and a can-do attitude.
