Very easy process - emailed requesting a quote for two yards of landscaping rock. Got the quote same day, accepted and gave a date for delivery. Rock showed up on time with no issues. I recently moved to the area and am scrambling to arrange a snow removal service for the winter. Understood that this is normally arranged earlier in the year and that most companies will be fully booked, but it can't hurt to ask in case someone still has a slot available. I contacted Earthscapes via the "free estimates" form on their website. I expected to receive a "sorry, too late, try next year" reply, but instead I received no reply at all. Why even have a web form if they're not going to respond?

They replaced our rock walls with block walls and it turned out even better than we expected. They also did a lot of landscaping. The crew they sent was friendly and great to work with. Excellent experience! Service: Landscaping

It took them 3 days to respond for an estimate. They were polite but I had already gone with a more responsive service.

Had landscaping done last year with perennials. This spring it appeared 2 were struggling to come back. Contacted earthscapes and they came out quickly to replace both plants, no questions and free of charge. Professional and reliable!

I received quotes from multiple landscapers and Earthscapes was by far the most competitive. I needed a lot of limestone retaining walls which ended up looking great. They graded and seeded my lawn and they covered it with a hay netting cover that was secured when it rained and got windy. I will definitely use them again.

They may be good lawn care company, but lack in communication skills. Took them a week to get a quote and emailed multiple time to perform the service with no answer. Had to contact another company to take care of the lawn.

This is the lawn care company that gives other small lawn care companies a bad name. They don't show up, return phone calls or do what they say they will. FOR THE LOVE OF HEAVEN KEEP LOOKING AND CALL ANOTHER COMPANY. Do Not use this guy!

I asked Earthscapes to clean up the flower beds / bushes surrounding my house, lay new landscaping stone. I travel for work so I wasn't home much. They provided an accurate estimate, communicated well throughout the process, did the work without me having to be home. Everything looks great! Not only did they do what we had agreed upon, they also cleaned up a couple of other areas around my yard that needed it. I would highly recommend Bob, Lisa and the Earthscapes crew. So happy with their work!

There were 3 angels who made my day on Monday. I was looking out my window to see a man removing snow from the cement walkway below my unit. I went down to greet him and ask for help to shovel out my driveway, so that I could get my car out of the driveway(at a deep incline). I also discovered that my car was stuck, and asked him for further assistance to get my car out of the driveway.

He responded with a positive attitude and proceeded to ask for more help from other crew members across the way. 3 people came to the rescue, shoveled the driveway completely clear of 40 ft pure ice and snow, helped tow my car out and showed no sign of giving up. I was so thankful to have these guys help me out on a snowy, cold, Monday! Earthscapes is a very friendly company, who does a great job and I appreciate the willingness to help another individual to make the day a little bit easier. Called twice and was told I would be called back. My second call was over 2 weeks after the first and no call back after being told by the receptionist that my sheet "would be on the top of the pile". I guess not and I will take my business to someone with customer service skills.
