This insurance company have not been the greatest and I had no choice because it was a company provided provider. If I had a choice or a choice moving forward I would not use EGP. The rates are high.and this was with the best plan available and they don't like to pay out their part of the deductibles. If you can help it look elsewhere or be ready for a world wind of a headache dealing with them. Pro. The employees have been fairly easy to get in touch with and talk to.

Wow this is insane. I have been fighting to get these people to pay the bills with Cleveland Clinic for OVER A YEAR NOW. Cleveland Clinic has been no help as now they say 'EGP is out of network and you'll have to pay the bill yourself'. Do yourself a favor - take the $5000 you would have been charged for the original bill - cruise to MEXICO, see a doctor, get your life-needed prescription and cruise home for LESS. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE NON-PAYING UNTRUSTWORTHY people.
