I called about renting a stairlift, the woman let me know that they do not offer this service and I let her know that the website verbatim states that they rent stairlifts. She told me it was wrong and her company doesn't do that, she says she's been there more than 6 months and doesn't know when the website will change because she's not a part of IT and doesn't know about that side of the company, she then hung up on me.

Critical: Professionalism, Value Nice enough over the phone. However, if your stair lift wasn't installed by a certified installer (whatever that means) then they will not send a service person to do repairs. There rate is $225 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. in other words their techs are probably not very skilled beyond changing fuses.
