Just had the windows of my wife's 21 Avalon TRD tinted and they look great. This is the 3rd vehicle we've had Ron and crew do. Never had an issue. Quality of work and customer service has always been amazing. As soon as my new truck arrives I'm off to Film at Eleven for tint and a tonneau cover. Great local business. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Needed to have a repair done of rear window tinting that had been done back in 2008. The owner looked up the original order and honored the warranty even though all I could find was the original invoice. The repair was done quickly and looks fantastic. Great experience and would highly recommend!

Great shop. I had a sub woofer package added to my stock stereo system. I drove in from out of town, so I couldn't really drop my car off. So I waited on their super comfortable couch thinking I was going to be there most of the morning. My appointment was for 9 a.m. I was out by 10:45 a.m. They have a very professional staff, a clean waiting area including the restroom and it sounds great. I will definitely recommend them to people I know that are in the market for a car stereo upgrade or a complete system.

These guys are the best. I was late too my appointment and they were willing to stay after hours in order to get it done. The store is also huge and has everything and anything you could think of for your truck and the staff are super helpful. Thank you, I will be back for sure.

Poor customer service. Nice looking store. I went in there looking for some bushings for a relocation bracket since my truck has a 6-inch lift. I explained to the representative that I had a relocation bracket because of my lift however he pulled up the OEM part that I had already spoken about. he pretty much told me if I didn't know the exact lift kit that he couldn't help me.

I imagine in a shop like this with experience it's not too hard to walk outside and take a look with the naked eye and see how the kit works. All I was looking for was either advice or to buy a bushing. if I was that representative I would have walked out with me and tried to take a look at it, because I know a good customer service is. now what I will have to do is go home and drop my torsion bars just to check out what kind of bushing I have. This will also include renting a torsion bar drop removal tool. I'm fine with doing the work myself however with the local business like this I expect more knowledge.

If you're looking for people who care about your car, don't go here. Spent 4 hours for regular tint to be put on, not to mention the damage they caused to my windows. If you do go here, thoroughly inspect the work done afterwards and watch them carefully as they apply it.

Got my car windows tint and they put the legal percentage but they decided to go with a clear version of paper without asking and when I complain they didn't fix it. they give out wrong quotes and always they take for ever to do something simple. And they charge you an arm and a leg. Because they charge per hour spend or labor extra. Will never go back!

I have ussed these people several times and have always had good courteous service. On my last trip there they were authorized to spend up to $300 to fix a break problem. They fixed what as needed and not what was not and only charged me $180. Yeah I am a fan.

I was very pleased today when I came in to have my DVD player replaced under warranty as it had a malfunction. I was fully prepared to spend an hour or more and had brought things to work on. I was out in under 30 minutes with a new DVD player and no hasle. Rocky did a great and efficient job on the install and the guys at the counter were friendly and helpful.

The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is due to this being the second time I have had this DVD player replaced in the last 9 months when I purchased the vehicle with player in place. I blame that on the manufacturer and hope this time it lasts awhile. My husband has had sever things done at Film at Eleven and will continue to use there services!

I went in to get my Accord's windows tinted and the man at the counter quoted me an hour and a half tops for the work. Needless to say five hours went by and finally my car was finished. The refused to even acknowledge they were in the wrong. I would not recommend this place unless you have a back up plan for leaving your vehicle there.
