During the inspection, Dave was thorough and talked me through his thoughts as we moved in house. He was very patient with me as it was my first time buying a home and I had more than a few questions. His report was organized and helpful not only for negotiating but as a prioritized checklist for any repairs after closing. I absolutely recommend Dave for anyone needing an inspection done right.

No words to explain my experience with the services I received. He was honest, very thorough and mostly Dave genuinely cared about my needs. I would highly recommend David Lamp as a home inspector. He goes the extra mile for his clients. He walked us through every step of the way.
