I don't ever review businesses, but I felt this company review is ABSOLUTELY necessary! From the initial contact with Forster roofing and construction to inspect my roof, they were completely honest and forthcoming, even sending pictures of roof damage to me. The thorough and detailed communication from the owner Kyle, Anthony and roofing supervisor David re: processing my roofing claim until the very end until my roof my completed was above and beyond!

This company proves honesty, integrity, hard-working (answering ALL my questions immediately any time of day or night) proves customer satisfaction is a priority and has made me a customer for life! I cannot say enough how AWESOME, caring and easy they were to work with through this whole process! They made sure I was completely satisfied through the whole process!

And what company has a roofing supervisor that checks on the roof process 5 times during the day and stays and chats with the customers until after 8:30 pm until the roofers leave!?!? I will ONLY use this company for ANY roofing needs from here on out.10/10 recommend!

We contacted them for an estimate for chimney repairs. They did have someone come the same day to look at what we needed. The gentleman did say it may take up to a week to get back to us with an estimate. 10 days later we had not heard from them so my husband contacted him & he admitted that he had completely forgot about our estimate, apologized & said he would have an estimate to us that afternoon.

That didn't happen & several days later we still had not heard back from him. I emailed a letter to the company explaining the situation & did not get a response to that either. We took our business elsewhere. If they didn't want to do the job, they should have been professional; not to mention courteous enough to let us know.

They did a great job. Dealt with insurance all the way (from initial insurance inspection to final insurance check). Cleaned up very well. Even called DirecTV themselves to come and reposition our satellite. DirecTV came out and did it that same day.

Forster Construction is the best local roofing company in my opinion. The Forster family puts their name and reputation on the line to get your roof done right. They have helped my family and several of my friends at a high standard.

Dependable, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using Forster Construction. We were told that they would be here at 7 AM and they knocked on the door at 6:59. They did a phenomenal job on our roof! Forster does business the West Texas way, and that is about the best compliment that can give.

Kyle and crew have taken super good care of me over the course of many years and a couple of roof replacements from hail storms. These guys go above and beyond just ripping off shingles and putting on a new layer. He found a guy to help me out with painting some trim and work on the windows and mailbox. Most recently, he was quick to get on the job and work with my insurance claim.

I was out of town while the work was completed and received numerous updates without ever having to worry if it was being completed to high specs. I cannot say enough great things about them. Let them prove how great they are and give them an opportunity.

Forster Construction has always been first class. They are always available and professional when dealing with clients. We had a small leak in our roof and I called Kyle and Anthony and they came and did the repair that day. Made the whole process super easy for my wife and I. Kyle was absolutely wonderful working with our realtors, our buyer, and my insurance company to not only do the work well, but quickly so our closing date was not delayed because of a hail damaged roof. They helped make a very stressful process much easier for me in every way they were able. I would call them again in a heartbeat if I needed work done in Lubbock.

I wish I could transport them over the miles to where we moved now, as I have talked to 4 different roofers and not even received a phone call. Quality work ethic and excellent customer service is not such an easy thing to find.

Let me start by saying that you will not find a more professional or personable roofer in Lubbock. Not only is the quality of work outstanding, but the personal care and attention is unmatched in a time where customer service is commonly overlooked. I had a little wind damage on my roof and I wasn't sure what I was in for as far as damage. Robert was so kind to come look at it and even offered to fix it for me! Honest business done here for sure. I will call them for sure next time too! I would definitely refer Forster to anyone wanting a good honest job well done.

Excellent service after the sale! Forster Construction roofed our house approximately 2 - 3 years ago and we developed a leak on a part of our roof that has been problematic before. I called their representative Mr. Robert Beams who handled the original sale on our roof. He had someone out the very next day and repairs will be handled in a timely manner. There is no substitute for timely and efficient service! I highly recommend this company if you need a new roof.
