I don't want to make this toooo long, but I am highly satisfied with the work the team did in my kitchen installing a glass backsplash. And YES, I'm using names Starting with scheduling the date. Rudy was prompt, knowledgeable and quick coming to my home for a consultation and sending in the estime. He was the PM for my project and was able to "squeeze" me in a month prior to the date I was initially scheduled for.which was fantastic. Kimberly's customer service and communication both written and verbal, were exceptional.

She quickly responded to emails and phone calls throughout the day. Humberto did a great job with the backsplash and was extremely pleasant to work with. I especially appreciate his communication and advising me each step of the way. He also didn't mind me being OCD with the tile spacers lol. I would like to send a special shout out to his knees for their flexibility , with my kitchen being on the 2nd level of my home. they graciously carried him up snd down the stairs about 100 times as he precisely cut pieces of glass.with zero complaints and a smile the entire time. Gary (came on the last day, to give Humberto and his knees a much needed break), did a great job as well with the grout and was a pleasure.

He also returned the next day to change the color of the culk for me and boy oh boy did it change the look of the job. Overall, GPS staff has exceeded my expectations, with price, job completion and customer service. I'm extremely satisfied with the outcomes. You guys will surely get my business again in the future and as well as referrals

As soon as I bought a house I learned real quickly how hard it is to find a reliable contractor. I spent the better part of six months talking to flaky companies, companies that wanted to completely gouge me on cost, you name it. I called Global Prevention Services and told them my situation of wanting to do a very small bathroom remodel and a new window.

From the very beginning, Kimberly in the office was communicative with me every step of the way when it came to scheduling and project status. The window was on backorder for a couple of months and they were consistently keeping me updated with its status. Rudy came out to estimate the cost and came back with extremely reasonable numbers and even some recommendations for me when it came to design. Humberto did an absolutely amazing job on my bathroom remodel.

I couldn't be happier. He was detailed, took his time to make sure it was perfectly done, and is such a sweet man. Once I'm ready for my next home project I will without a doubt be calling Global Prevention Services.

Can't really say if they are any good at what they claim to do because I never heard back about an estimate. I even called after 2 weeks and left a message with the receptionist to have Rudy follow up with me, but haven't heard anything in over a month now. If it's this difficult to communicate with them, I know I wouldn't hire them even if they came in at a reasonable price.

Reliable, professional, and honest. It's such a relief to find a company who works with different trades and things are done professionally - folks are communicative, punctual, clean, friendly. Such a rarity!

We had Global remodel our spare bathroom shower/tub into a new large shower. Kim was the office contact. Always responds and friendly. Construction crew were efficient and professional. We are very happy with the results. Highly recommend this group. Always get more than one quote and ask questions. Their quote was a little higher but the the seamless process, timely work crew, and finished product showed we made the right choice.

These guys did a really nice job on my project. We have a little guest house that I had basically neglected for many years. It was pretty much of a disaster area. For a quite reasonable price they turned it into a very nice little home that my daughter now lives in happily. GPS were very easy to work with and did everything they could to make sure we were happy with the finished product. I recommend these guys highly.

Had my laundry room redone and it is just perfect! I had never undergone a project like this before and they were so willing to answer all of my questions to make sure that I felt comfortable. The gentlemen who came to perform the project were just wonderful and made sure everything was precisely to my liking. And they made sure that everything was cleaner than when they go there. Rudy and Kimberly were excellent to work with as well. Will definitely have them back (hopefully the same crew) for future remodeling projects! Before and after photos included!

We recently used this company to renovate our 50 year old fiberglass shower and tub/shower. Due to the Covid pandemic it was difficult to contact companies to give us even an estimate for the work we needed done. Global Prevention Services was very prompt returning phone calls/e-mails and we quickly had our estimate and contract. The workers were very professional and did an outstanding job. We are very satisfied with the completed work.

Hired to remove waterproofing along entire front and sides of house from previous 3ft.tall flower bed. After the estimate was presented, I called with questions. The owner personally answered my questions along with the amazing project coordinator, Kimberly. Kimberly was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with! The team was professional and showed up on time on the day they said they would (seems rare for contractors these days).

They kept us updated every step of the way via email, text, and phone calls. We will be hiring this company for our next project! The owner and the company focus on customer service and they did not disappoint! We could not be happier with our experience. Thank you!

We had a bathroom remodel that included new tile, new shower door, tearing down wall paper and repainting. GPS was the only contractor who said they could do all of it. Thier customer service was excellent. Kimberly schedule the job to perfection. She always called to let me know when a crew was on the way and most were right on time. There were a couple of glitches but the team came back in and fixed all the problems with no issues. These guys truly understand customer satisfaction and I couldn't recommend them more.

Global Prevention Services is by far the best general contractor company I've worked with. My project was managed by Rudy. He and his team were always on time, very responsive, and very professional. Big thanks to Kimberley at their main office for answering all of our questions in a timely fashion. GPS won't let you down.

Hired Juan to remodel the bathroom on my historic home, he was able to start the job well ahead of the estimates from other contractors and at a very reasonable price. G&C met several challenges and, in the end, completely transformed the bathroom with superior craftsmanship. I am very happy with the result and will likely contact G&C for my next project.

They did an amazing job on our kitchen. We had them remove a partial wall. When they were done it looked like the wall was never there. They completed it quickly and took great care to do it right. I would definitely recommend them and I'll use them again if I need some work done.

We have now used GPS for 2 different projects. Both crews did an excellent job from start to finish under the guidance of Rudy, their operations manager. We plan on using them again for 2 more projects!

When my contractor was unable to finish my master bath remodel due to health issues, Rudy and the crew from Global Prevention Services took over and finished the job on time, within budget, and to my satisfaction. I was able to sell my home for more than asking price, and the new bath was the key selling point! I would recommend Global Prevention Services if you are looking for a quality product.

Global was the third contractor for our restoration job, and we are so thankful for their great work. they were the only to set a completion date in their contract as normal, and when our old house threw curves they didn't use it as an excuse, incredibly, Global just worked harder and met the challenges and still beat the target date by a day!

My house is better off than before as far as solid soundness where the sun doesn't shine (we had a leak in a wall and behind cabinets) and a great finish with that 5 percent gap that water doesn't forgive all sealed up. Prevention does fit well in their name, and not a string of subcontractors. These people proved themselves accountable to me and to nature, and not afraid of their job.

Global respected this was my home more than their job and still proved they were competent, capable, willing and really kind and well intended for our family. While my expectations had been set very low by incredible predatory practices by the mitigation restoration gamers, and while we learned the hard way that better than the other guy in that realm is no way good enough, Global proved they are far far better than the other guy.

I am sitting looking at the crisp millwork, thorough caulk, Jose's tile laying art and how Rudy could wrestle those countertops dead level and center, and realizing this is finished now so fast is amazing, I was so afraid this bogged down scary ugly digout job would nuke the holidays for us. I am thinking all you all's moms should be very proud of you.

I actually didnt think it was possible to get this done right, and pop back from setbacks, but you did it. Exceeding expectations is not good enough to describe how much we appreciate Global's work done (DONE!) within the value and timing you delivered in, Thank you. We would recommend you any chance we could get.

I would recommend GPS for all of your remediation needs! What started as a roof leak, ended in a hole in our bedroom ceiling and a long battle with the HOA and Insurance company on who was going to fix it. The one shining star through the whole process was working with Global Prevention Services! Michael and his team helped to ease my anxieties, making phone calls to whomever was necessary in order to get the job done.

I fully believe they went above and beyond what any other company would've done to make sure we were taken care of! All that being said, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the actual work. You would never be able to tell that there had ever been a problem. Flawless. Thank you again GPS, you were the silver lining throughout all of this!

Great place to work great place for employment and what a friendly environment they offer great team

Scheduled an appointment on Tuesday to have someone out to my house Friday for a quote. I was super excited to have them out because of how friendly and helpful Mike was at the initial scheduling time. But that's where it ended. I took time off of work to be home to have GPS out to the house. that's a personal day I will never get back. No show, with no courtesy call. Around 4:00 I finally got a call. I get people are busy, but please understand that an appointment is an appointment.

These guys are really good but I agree with the other reviewer, get at least 3 quotes for the job and, in my book, for ANY job in your home really. It is unbelievable the range of prices for the same service and almost always the best quality comes from the busiest who has best quality. Be very careful dealing with a leak or flood as you might have mold - another company told me to make a hole in the wall and put a fan to to it which would lead to spreading the mold and transforming a messy situation into a hugely messy one. Obviously, the more messy, more fees to them.

I would recommend getting a quote from two other businesses if you work with "GPS." I found their estimate to be double that of the two other businesses I requested estimates from. Not sure if that's always the case, but worth noting. They did show up on-time and offer an itemized written estimate.

This Scottsdale based locally owned company performs to the established standard of care in both water damage and mold projects. They also handle asbestos abatement. I have worked with them in the past and I have had an oversight of many of their projects. I would recommend giving this company a shot
