The black old lady with bags under her eyes is a horrible worker. She mean mugs customers asking for help because she wont attend to the front counter. I didnt see her put my $50 into the register so I think she took it from cvs because I got my change. She set my bill on the counter and then It disappeared. She also lied and said i had to put $20 minimum on my chime card to reload.

I had to refund my tissue and she was upset about that. But there is no minimun according to google. She was just trying to get rid of me. She only adhusted her tone slightly when other customers came to my support. She is horrible with customer service and doesn't really deserve to be assisting cvs services.

This has to be the worst cvs in the city of Detroit. They send a message saying my prescription is ready. When I get there in 5 minutes. They tell me they couldn't fill it because their refrigerator went down. Then I ask why did you send a message saying it was ready for pickup. The pharmacist gets a attitude with me. I'm going to get my prescriptions at Meijers. This makes no sense.

I went to get a package scan to take back for amazon, now they are saying the ups system is down and that somebody stole the scanner, they need to stop lying, if they dont want to scan packages for returns, then just say that smh

I was in this location on 8/9/2021, and wanted to give a "great job and thank you" shout-out to the helpful and kind cashier named SHANRELLE. I could barely speak due to my cold and I think she could tell I wasn't feeling well. As she scanned my items, she took a look at what I was about to buy and told me the OTC medication I intended to purchase was expired.

I was grateful she noticed that because I certainly didn't, and thanked her for letting me know. She was kind and patient as I walked back to the area and grabbed something else, and was genuinely helpful from start to finish. So, thank you, Shanrelle. I appreciate you.

They gave me the wrong medication for a completely different medical condition and I ended up taking it for several days. When I noticed and called they told me the prescriber made the error. My prescriber said she did not. I called back another day and they told me they made the error. Huge patient safety issue.

So for three days they haven't had my daughters antibiotics ready nor her vitamin D I called they say they out of stock and ordering it for next day I come the next day now they saying they don't have it in stock still and to come back now here's the 3rd day and they still don't have it ready tell me they don't have either medication so my daughter has had a prolonged infection for 3days am I the only one taking a child being sick seriously I need to know where I can find a formal complaint! Immediately this is absolutely unacceptable!

This is the worst CVS just based on customer service. The manager never helps with any problems he just always tell people he can not help. The employees never greet you or even tell you your total. I live right down the street but I'd rather drive an hour before going back to this CVS.

Items are not clearly marked. Associate who assisted me kept scratching her scabby arm and then touching products and receipt.

This is the worst form of customer service you can find anywhere in the world. Taking a whole three days to fill a prescription while a patient's life depends on the medication. This place should be closed down.

Horrible customer service! I just switched because my pharmacy closed. The pharmacist was rude. The pharmacy tech was extremely rude. She sighed when she walked over to help me.after waiting 5 minutes before being acknowledged (the store was empty). She then scanned my prescription. I asked if I could purchase my 3 items too. She then said I needed to bring those items to the front because she was really busy.

I then waited in another line to purchase my 3 items. Waste of my time. They clearly don't need new business with how they treat new customers. Never going back. Sad mine closed because the staff was amazing :(
