The inspector performed a thorough inspection, he explained things carefully in terms that I could understand. Overall excellent service. Our inspector was extremely professional and courteous. He took the time to explain his findings as well as various methods on fixing any concerns. Obviously my inspector had a broad knowledge base and I believe this contributed to the thoroughness of the inspection. I felt as though I was part of a team because when he pointed out a deficiency, he explained a solution.

Brian was excellent-very thorough and detailed. He documented everything and checked EVERYTHING. He found things like drips from a pipe under a sink and even noticed when a cabinet was installed too close to an outlet, making it difficult to access. He measured railings and found caulking missing on exterior light fixtures. He also was very prompt with replies and answering any questions. We are so glad he was our home inspector. We definitely would recommend him and would utilize his services again.
