What an incredible experience! We decided to do a major remodel on our home. Tom Matthys is great at what he does. Regular communication, daily interactions, willingness to answer questions and explain details, share ideas, and very collaborative. Open to discuss and make changes (on things that come up) as necessary, to make the outcome the best it can be.

And above all, his emphasis on quality on EVERYTHING; if something isn't done well, then it is fixed. The quality of his subs is also fantastic. And if we were ever to build a house, Hallmark Custom Homes would definitely be our first choice!

I've worked with a lot of builders and GC's and Tom Matthys builds some of the best luxury homes, and kitchen or bath remodels projects that I've ever been involved in. Tom is focused on every detail of the cabinetry that I put on his projects and I know his clients are happy they found him. I recommend him for any project of size that walks into my showroom. Being new to building custom homes, we chose Tom as our builder because we felt comfortable in his ability to frequently communicate and reconcile our budget as we made hundreds of decisions throughout the building process. Tom's attention to detail, frequent budget reviews, advise on building decisions and knowledge of what constitutes a quality constructed home was extremely helpful to us first-timers and would be for anyone.
