Heritage Homes is wonderful! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. The communication is great! They are super flexible with their home designs and are willing to make adjustments and changes to make their designs into your unique home. They helped us tailor our new home and selections to make it fit into our budget. We were in the driver's seat with everything. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. I definitley recommend Heritage Homes to everyone!

No lie, there is a lot that goes into building the home of your dreams and Heritage Homes has helped with every aspect making that dream a reality! Every step with each department we have always been taken care of and have been their main focus including us in the process has been amazing. I cannot say enough great things about this company. From start to finish, they met and exceeded our expectations. You hear so many horror stories about the building process and the stress it can cause but this wasn't our experience at all. The team at Heritage Homes made it seamless, fun, and almost therapeutic. Any minor issues were discussed candidly and transparently to allow for any readjustment necessary. I recommend this company to anyone looking to build.

We built with Heritage, and couldn't be happier with the way our house turned out. This was our first time building a new home and the process couldn't of been easier. Communication is excellent and they are very organized. Any issues that we had during the build were taken care of very quickly. As soon as one subcontractor was finished, the next one showed up the following day.
It was very impressive how they followed the time line. Their model homes are awesome to check out. It was really nice to be able to walk through and see things in person. That helped a lot with our design process. We highly recommend Heritage Homes and would definitely build with them again.

Heritage is the best! Built our beautiful dream home and made the process smooth and enjoyable. We worked with the best people like our new home specialist Lindsey (the absolute best), Nicole who helped us through the entire project management process and design, and even Wayne who we are just getting to know through the warranty process. They are the best at what they do and I recommend them to anyone interested in building a home. Thank you Heritage for our beautiful house!

Very disrespectful employees. Be careful if they ever build near you. I had to battle with them over and over just to get someone to return my calls so I could talk to someone about the problems that were going on. The two people in charge of the actual build would not return my calls so I finally talked to the customer relations manager. He was worthless.
He said he would have the problems checked out, talk to the employees and then get back to me and he never did. I waited for any resolution from him for weeks and received nothing. If he ever did come to check out the problems, which I doubt he did, he didn't see them- because I already had them fixed, at my expense. The women who answer the phones when you call the company were nice, helpful and very polite and tried to get someone to help me. I appreciated their efforts.
