My experience with this company was a nightmare from the beginning when the leasing agent who took my application and deposit just disappeared a few weeks before my move in date and no one could locate my file. So happy that i had proof of paying a deposit, Now I have been having to deal with the secondhand smoke from a nightmare neighbor who moved in above me and is constantly smoking from early in the day until two and three o'clock in the morning.

I have not had a smoke free night sleep in 5 months and the hope of a quiet smoke free weekend is just a distant hope that will never happen. I have contacted the leasing office at least four times about the issue and only one person made an attempt to fix it. Maintenance just closed the air vents in the bedrooms and went on their way. I had to close the others.

I have let them know that closing the vents did not work but got no response. I let them know that I have health issues and the smoke is making it worse. Hello! this is 2020 do you not know about smoke free buildings or offering to move someone to another apartment to correct the issue? I can;t wait for my lease to expire so that I can get out of this nightmare, smoke filled Dungeon that they call an apartment. Just wasting my money paying rent here.

I can't believe the neglect the company has for homeowners that have purchased homes from them. I was being pelted with "review" mailers from an outside company to give my opinion on our experience with HHHunt - sadly I wanted to wait until our warranty process was over to give a review. That process has taken so long that I am no longer getting the requests.

We had our 1 year warranty request meeting in early March. It is now June and our warranty requests are STILL NOT COMPLETE. We've had plywood in our driveway for over a month, requested to have it moved, and nothing. Our front yard is a lake when it rains because the yard is grated wrong and all of our plants are dead because of it. Yet, nothing is being done.

The walls are standing but just about everything else is lame. From the start - our builder was incompetent and kept telling us to "let the dust settle" about issues we were pointing out when the house was being built. After PUSHING - we got our windows leveled (They were visibly uneven), a wall straightened, our floors refinished/cleaned (which were put in too early and ruined), and other problems.

He was fired a few weeks after our home closing - and rightfully so. They experience we had with him was disgusting. Now the home warranty process is no better. We will never buy another HHHunt home again. Or in a neighborhood they have built.
