There a bunch of crooks. Been having mold and water issues from a next door tenant for over a year and they refuse to fix it or make the tenant fix the issue. Turns out the landlord and tenant are best friends. So one is covering the other. They cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages. When it comes time for them to get a check there are available but when you need something they are no where to be found. STAY AWAY unless you want to get screwed!
