On 1/1/19, Associate members will be billed $540 for the year (instead of $135 quarterly) and Builder members will be billed $668 for the year (instead of $167 quarterly). We are happy to work with our members during this change, so if you would like to continue to pay on a quarterly basis in 2019 due to this transition, you may do so. Annual billing will make our billing and payment processing much more efficient. Please call our office with any questions/concerns and, as always, thank you for your membership!

NAHB is seeking prompt action from President Biden and the Administration regarding soaring lumber prices (80% increase since mid-April) and supply shortages that are harming the housing industry.
