Our company's beginning dates back to 1948 when Marvin Hottmann and his brother Harvey started in the concrete business doing concrete farm silos. Together they grew the business to included residential and commercial concrete projects. They started out in Middleton, WI and then moved to Madison in 1958.

This company is so bad they don't have anything organized in the office they have a guy name Mike horrible running the show for the Milwakee area you don't know whats coming out of his mouth 99 % of the time they are never on time and they don't show any effort to grow this is the worst construction company there is it should not exist I feel sorry for the contractors that's still have to deal with this company and they reused things that are damaged

This company vehicle damage our windshield by having rocks fall off their vehicle and deny liability. If you have any damages from their vehicle CALL the police, take pictures, file a claim or suit papers. Feel free to send me a private message. They cannot deny everyone if they actually ARE causing damages to your vehicle. Horrible company you cannot trust if they are not accepting what they did.

Hottmann Construction is the WORST company I have ever worked for. They talk about caring for there employees, will teach you, and family orientated is all garbage. They run a buddy system there so if you don't fit in good luck. They are so disorganized, and the hourly pay is horrible for concrete work. It's sounds all good about there benefits, but for what they pay and after you take out for all the insurance and taxes you might as well work at Wal-Mart. You are slave driving for absolute peanuts. HORRIBLE DISHONEST COMPANY!

Arguementive people here, if you do business with them be careful they are underhanded they over charged me on several occasions when I confronted them about it they were not at all happy about it and stood there ground on the situation and I had no choice but I Will no longer do business with them. So again be careful.
