Is there a ZERO rating? Design Center lies repeatedly both in the center and the office. Builder does not fix noted issues like cracks in foundation slab. Warranty company perpetuates the lies and does not stand behind any issues like shower doors that don't close, thresholds that let snakes in, smart boxes not connected to any services or outlets, .

They can offer a 10-year warranty because they don't spend any money to fix anything. Do not expect them to fix any issues with your house. Just lower your expectation to the reality that you will have to fix a lot of things that ICI does really bad.

Never seen or heard of a better luxury home builder. Their homes are incredible for the price. You pay quite a lot up front. Much more than other low end builders like kb, mattamy, and others, but my goodness the luxury! It is unparalleled.

What a disaster! Swampy inaccessible mess on the side of our home. They admittedly agreed this was a grading mistake. Instead of helping by putting in French drain in for the neighbors as they did with us they refused. No grading work has been done. We are having erosion issues due to this mess. Also posted in Google reviews I just felt the photos just didn't make it!

Read your contract! ICI Tamaya between the day we looked at house and next day when we signed our contract ICI had a price increase. We signed a contract saw and backed out of the contract within cooling off period. From all the reviews I've read they do not fix warranty work. We dodged a bullet so no Love lost.

Weird arrogant attitude when attempting to contact the sales office to obtain more information on new construction. Too many builders to purchase through to use this rude company.

They are great in making a home look excellent but if you look around at the smaller items such as doors, window sills etc are of very low quality.

We are currently under contract with ICI Tamaya. So far I find them not to be honest in all areas. 1. We agreed on a contract, and went to signature. The day we went to signature, they had a price increase, ICI decided not to share the increase, but when my wife saw it in the contract, ICI said, we had a price increase, but we will give you a credit against design center.

If my wife did not catch the increase, ICI would not have shared. 2. During design center, we wanted a certain driveway, and ICI quoted a sub $600 price. When they sent us an amendment, the price was $5800. ICI. did not share this increase. They cleary attempted to slide this cost in. $1,000,000 house.they assumed we would not catch $5800. 3. ICI forces you to use their pool company.

I called this company, and they told me they could not talk to us until we purchased the home. We have never owned a pool, and simply need buying info. They would not talk with us. I called Backyard Designs and spoke to the owner. He could not have been more helpful. Gave me 20 min. I asked ICI if we could use this company and they said no. The ICI pool company knows the buyer does not have a pool company choice, so the buying experience is horrible.as they do not care about the buyer.

They only care that they have exclusivity with ICI no matter if the buyer is happy or not. We like Tamaya and the home, but I would not trust ICI. We are now having to look at every detail in the contract. I reached out to the ICI exec team, but no response. If we had to do it over again we would have chose AR Homes. ICI cannot be trusted.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I had a bad experience with Tison, a sales rep, at ICI's Woodhaven development. You can read my full review on their page. I just wanted to give a head's up that the community floods! Check out the photos!

Having served 20 years on active duty, and purchased and sold a number of homes, our home buying experience with ICI Homes is without question the worst, and it isn't particularly close. We are now nearly four months past closing and still have several items from our pre-closing walkthrough that have yet to be fixed by the ICI Homes team. For a company that touts customer satisfaction and quality, I had much higher expectations of ICI Homes. ICI Homes put enormous pressure on us to close during the Christmas holiday period, threatening to hold us in violation of our contract only to not be ready for their own arbitrarily set closing date which was based solely on making the books look good rather than actual conditions on the job site.

Within five days of closing we had backed up sewer lines, and separately had water flooding into a bedroom due to hastily and improperly done plumbing work on two different water supply lines in two bathrooms. We have had subcontractors come to do follow up work state they were told by ICI Homes employees to sacrifice quality for time to get the house delivered.

In many cases, we are met with finger pointing and excuses from ICI Homes as to why something was not done correctly rather than somebody from ICI Homes accepting responsibility and making it right. Again, not the picture of customer satisfaction and quality I would have expected from the ICI Homes promotional brochures and videos, or mission statements and blog entries on the ICI Homes website.

I built my home with ICI in Browns Landing, Port Orange. My house finished in 2019 with 37 items defective in my home, some were major electrical problems, roof leak and failed hot water heater. I spent thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours meeting with engineers, inspectors and ICI reps. They have refused to reimburse me anything. I am so upset at spending $750,000 on my home and I have a headache everytime I visit my Florida home.

Take warning when building with ICI. If they would have worked with me I would give a 4 star but I have tried to reach out for over a year, and have been blown off by all upper management. This was a terrible experience.

Worst builder I've ever dealt with. They have excuses for every mess up they have and I'm constantly chasing people down. Our floors are a nightmare. They didn't tell me what color grout they were using and when I walked in and found white I lost my mind. So to cover up their mistake they sealed and stained them. Well here we are a year later and the grout is all different colors and looks like it's been here for 10 years.

I had water leaks in the ceiling a few days ago and struggling to get the roofers here to take care of the wet insulation where I reside pregnant with a three year old and a mother who is so severely allergic to mold it could put her in the hospital. My back yard is a mess of holes and construction debris and Brian the warranty guy was nothing but a rude hostile human who I never wish to see again.

This is all just within the few weeks however even during the build I cried. This was the worst experience of my life and at the end of the day we just get a "we don't know what to tell you". Stay away from ici.

The team at ICI is very professional. My wife and I were so happy that they would allow us to customized our home to meet our needs. The Mosaic Community is wonderful and exactly what we dreamed of. Wonderful neighbors and a community that is intentional about building relationships. Love it!

Wonderful home-building experience from start to finish. Quality construction. Good communication during the process. ICI will adjust home design to meet buyer's wishes. We highly recommend ICI.

We chose ICI because they were well priced with a very nice standard package & we liked their floorplans. They are also receptive to floorplan changes with little or no expense. It is obvious that customer satisfaction is paramount for ICI. Every aspect of the building process was handled professionally making the experience for us almost stress free.

The few issues that arose were handled to our satisfaction & we couldn't be happier with our brand new ICI forever home. We had the pleasure of working with Jean & William who made us feel like they had our best interests in mind. We can't thank you enough!

We are so thankful and blessed to be in our dream home. We always wanted ICI to be the builder. Michelle, Ruschel and the entire team are awesome! Wonderful experience and the team walked us through the entire process. Our builder Tim was amazing too. Really exceeded our expectations.

We've been in our new home for 4 months now and are absolutely loving it. Our experience with ICI homes was seamless from start to finish. Everyone was attentive to our needs and responded quickly. We made a couple changes along the way and they didn't hesitate to accommodate our wishes. Great people. Great experience!

We closed on an (then) brand new townhouse in Plantation Bay in late 2015. After we signed the contract, we were surprised to receive a call early on a Saturday morning from ICI VP Kargar wanted to speak with us. I foolishly thought he wanted to personally thank us for choosing to purchase one of their home. Oh no, as the conversation continued the reason became crystal clear: He explained their Agent had made a mistake on the price to the tune of over $10,000, however he would offer us a "deal" and charge us only $5,000. Are you kidding me?

This had been sitting empty on the market since April and was adjacent to I-95 whereby you could see the tops of the 18 wheelers whizzing by from our driveway. We referred him to our Agent and gave her a heads-up. He then tried to squeeze her on her commission! When we explained we weren't going to pay 1 cent over the contract price, they finally relented by apparently taking away their listing agent's commission and giving her another sale(?) I can't understand for the life of me why we had to know any of these details- Why involve us in their mistake?

The home itself was built okay, but lots of road noise from I-95, which became tiresome quickly. Bike week and Biketober were awful to deal with. There are no amenities out there except for 2 restaurants which had awful service, meh food and creepy old fogies who can't hear and yell in their conversations to the tune of drowning you out just trying to eat.

Have to drive 20 minutes for shopping- Just not convenient unless you're older, retired and content to go to their workout club/pool or sit home watching tv all day. The maintenance free portion was nice, until you realize how mush you're paying for so little. They refused to treat properly for insects, which caused mud daubers on the outside entry ceiling and then refused to scrape those off.

Oh gee, let me get up on a ladder and do it myself. The lawns are tiny and, while most neighbors are conscientious about picking up after their pets, one woman, in a golf cart, goes around the area letting her large dog expunge huge piles of doo in your lawn. The houses going before the entry to the townhome look bad, with dark water stains on the sides and mold all over the driveways and sidewalks.

The water is crappy and expensive ($90 per month for 2 people, on average), considering we don't pay for irrigation. We had some warranty work done initially for the thermostat which was defective and finally had to be replaced (after multiple breakdowns in hot days) as well as grout/tile work which was sloppy. They took care of it and we ended up moving in late 2017 due to another job Relo, but that initial interaction with Kargar still sticks with me today.

He even tried to insert himself into the sale of the home (the eventual buyer used them as their Realtor) by frowning on our Relo company's refusal to use the standard Arbitration clause (which everyone warns you about using anyway), presumably to steer that buyer to one of their new townhouse listings. Thankfully that did not work, however they really left a bad taste in our mouth and I would not consider buying another ICI property.

I moved in June 2017. I am thrilled with my decision to buy ICI. My home is lovely and have had positive input from all concerned. Things go wrong, with the very few issues ICI was brilliantly responsive and made corrections. It is so nice that 2 girlfriends bought next to me. THANK YOU

Run from ICI home builders. We were victims of this builder in Palermo Neighborhood in Jacksonville, Fl. Our home was built with a defective product that tied the roof to the house and possibly other parts of the structure and was unsafe to be in; and, the house had electrical issues that caused burned out wiring in new appliances (washer, dryer, refrigerator) plus 3 new computers and TV's.

The concrete in garage floor was cracked so much it looked like a spider web and pieces of concrete were coming apart. ICI replaced multiple GFI's and outlets the first year of contract; second year of ownership was when wiring started burning out. Tile was replaced due to crack in foundation that went across the house. A real estate attorney told us filing a law suit against ICI was a waste of time and money because they kept attorneys on staff to handle such cases and it would drag on for years. Other homeowners in neighborhood were having structural problems and one homeowner was trying to get a class action law suit against ICI.
