I was pretty disappointed with my experience with the salesman, Chris. I went through Atwood Rentals and Chris told me that duct cleaning and adding a return vent was included. My home does not have a return vent. Technicians showed up and they informed me they weren't told to do that. I was very annoyed because I NEED a return vent on the second level and made this very clear to Chris during the walkthrough visit because the home does not distribute air evenly. Chris sent me a text saying they could do the return vent and even drew a photo of where it would be installed.

I fully expected them to add the return vent during this installation and include it in the financing. I would have waited to get the unit installed, because I was REALLY looking forward to having a return vent added. I will see how the system acts overtime and update my experience with them, but make sure you get all details from Chris in writing because he's a salesman and will probably say what's necessary just to get the sale.

After only a year, my AC broke down and my previous installer and warranty company left me high and dry. I called Integrity Heating & Cooling and they had Chris out the same day to diagnose the issue. He was realistic, professional, and cared about what was in our best interest. John and Aaron were here the following morning right at 8am when they said they would be (actually a little earlier!). The process was quick, and both were friendly and thorough. The new unit has been working great- these guys were a lifesaver!

I was offered free maintenance membership for one year and was told that once the maintains is completed, I can cancel the membership(less than 12 months). so I called the very next day to cancel the membership, but the lady on the call was very rude and they charged me $299 without my consent. When I asked them to honor to what I was told initially they refused to listen.

Had a furnace problem and the tecnition came out in less than 4 hours. He diagnosed the problem- a bad gas valve. and had the correct part in his truck. Inw the part costs $134 to buy at many locations and is about a 20 minute job to replace. I know this because i have purchased the same valve and replaced it myself in that amount of time. The order came to $1,154.00 to change it. NOT HAPPENING!

A new furnace the same size is around $1100 at Home Depot. Just about the same price as they wanted to change a valve out on a 20 year old furnace. The technician was great but he doesn't set the prices. We gave him a tip on top of the $150 charge to come out but we are not doing business with his company. Get real on the prices.

I don't normally leave reviews, but felt compelled after the service, or should I say, lack thereof we had with Integrity H&C. I would offer great caution to all before using this company. We requested service for our steam boiler on 12/30. The boiler was leaking some water from the 2 of the bubblers and was giving off limited heat to many of the radiators in the house.

I was given Integrity on a referral from a Chicago company that was unable to service us over the holiday weekend. I was happy to hear how quickly they were able to come out to look at the unit. They informed me it would be a $149 to complete a diagnostic and would take anywhere from 1-3hrs to complete the diagnostic and either fix the problem or provide recommendations on next steps. Dennis V. was assigned and showed up a few hours later.

He scanned the boiler quickly and informed me that it would need replaced with a new one that it had a crack in the exchanger. Mind you, he did not inspect or review ANY details or components of the boiler. He was merely basing it on the water dripping from the bubblers. He did NOT inspect any part of the boiler or radiators. He was in and out in well under an hour and informed me that a quote for a new boiler would be sent over later that day.

We ended up calling another company for a second opinion, as Dennis didnt seem very knowledgeable in boilers. This 2nd company was also able to come out that same day, and immediately looked at the gauge and noticed that boiler unit was flooded. There was too much water in the system and needed drained. He drained it and within 10 minutes we were back in business.

The unit has never sounded better! I have called Integrity 4x's asking to speak to a manager and have NEVER received a return call OR the quote that we were supposed to receive. Very much a scam business. Save yourself the money and frustration and go with someone more legit and knowledgeable.

Our furnace went out Friday night, and we called Integrity at 10am on Saturday. They had a tech out to our home by 1:30pm same day. Tech was very knowledgeable and honest on our old furnace's current condition and time it had left before it would no longer work. We were able to have our new furnace installed that same day within hours, and we are so grateful! We will be using Integrity for our HVAC needs in the future

Integrity Heating installed both my heating and AC unit. I am pleased with the responsive, professional service and quality of work. Aaron and Juan are experts in their field and conducted their job professionally. It is because of the quality of service that a humidifier was recently purchased and installed at our home. Kudos to the overall Integrity team!

My last encounter with Integrity is unfortunately the reason I have chosen to leave a company I have trusted for many years. The technician failed to thoroughly inspect my furnace which had a cracked heat exchanger and instead suggested I consider replacing a motor "based on how it sounded" in the near future. Eventually, the tech decided a fuse needed to be replaced in order to fix the furnace.

He recommended I replace my thermostat, which I'm grateful for. In the process though, he broke my lamp. Accidents happen, I get it. It wasn't until I had to call back, because as you can probably guess, a fuse does not in fact repair a cracked heat exchanger, that I realized Integrity may not be as trustworthy as I once believed. I was told that because I refused the part (the motor) the tech said was necessary to correct the problem, I would need to pay another travel fee of $149.

This was not the conversation I had with the tech. The end result worked in my favor, however, because I would have trusted that I needed the motor and spent an additional $800 on a furnace that needed to be replaced. I found another company who was extremely professional and prepared with proper tools and resources to thoroughly inspect my furnace to determine the problem. To be fair, Integrity does have trustworthy technicians whom I've worked with in the past and I am thankful for them.

The technicians should up on time, they worked clean with a professional mindset they were very neat an explained every step of the install. Swept the area an throw away all there garbage an took it with them. Very happy with the entire install we had lots of companies to pick from but Integrity shined above the rest. Thank you John an James for a job well done taking pride in your work is something you don't see much of anymore. Thank you.

We had Integrity install our heating and AC systems 6 years ago and the experience was pleasant. The sale felt like a collaboration instead of the salesman telling us what we needed. When it came time for installation they were on time and did not mess around. They were polite and and professional. It took what seemed like an appropriate be time to complete the work and took the old unit when they were done.

The house has never been so easy to heat and cool. We just had Integrity come back out because a service company we used (ABC) stated that the heater was releasing Carbon Monoxide at dangerous levels. Integrity has started using those text notifications that remind you they are coming and let you know when an employee is on their way (with a picture and a name).

They were on time again. When they arrived they got right to work and proved that the system was working fine. In fact, the system was not releasing any Carbon Monoxide into the interior. I will be following up with ABC for a refund. Based on the service, communication and "integrity" that Integrity showed, we have switched service contracts to them.
