Unfortunately, the non-communicative and grossly incompetent property manager, Maricruz Lora, dropped the ball too many times, and we decided to move. Salt in the wound: After moving out, Jerome Mgmt dropped rent by $500. Hopefully, you'll have a better experience.

Incredibly unprofessional. They don't answer phone calls, voicemails or emails. For two weeks my roommate and I tried to get ahold of them and they never responded so I had to go in person and they made me prove that I tried to contact them because they didn't believe me and when i did they gave a phony excuse. They neglect details and charge and arm and a leg for small things.

They're late sending our bill every time (it was the 28th when i went in and they still had not even sent it out when the bill is due on the 1st). When we first move in it took them almost two weeks (10 days) to give us ANY keys, the broker had to give one of us his personal set to share between three people with completely different schedules. The day I signed I moved in and was never informed that it was an early move in and was charged extra for that without my knowledge. If I could rate them any lower I would.

I lived in one of their apartments in 1998 and the whole entire building was rat infested! The super couldn't even find the gigantic whol in the bathroom. I abandoned the apartment with furniture and everything in it and moved out

My ceiling in my bathroom keeps falling it always leak and they just come and patch it up and then it leaks again the next day my tolite barely flush my sink and tub is stop up like really they are not doing a good job with these apartment time to move out
