Jon is an extremely shadey contractor. I am a licensed plumbing contractor who has spent twenty five years building my experience and credentials. There are many plumbers without said credentials who can compete in the industry for a lower price because they dont carry the overhead costs of doing legit business.jon contracted with me on his 11151 Emmerson street project so he could get a permit to do the work.
