We got engaged with CustomFurnish through referral and the interior designed was very friendly and accommodative in generating the draft designs and making the changes until we finalized the plan. The team delivered the items on time and while had few challenges during installation, the team was responsive and able to make the required changes to some of the layouts to meet the civil construction alignment issues.

Post installation as well team is responsive to check and make additional changes needed. The team is also competitive on the price front and their overall approach to projects is great and recommend others to engage this team.

No need for a second thought if you are looking for the home interiors under a reasonable budget with a good finish, great quality, premium look and a service warranty. As part of our search for the home interiors, we had approached some interior designers along with the Custom furnish, we got multiple designs and quotations from them for both the machine made and hand made ones but, when compared to other interior designers, we felt that Custom furnish is better in all aspects and decided to proceed with them.

Experience was good. I visited the Hafeezpet branch and designs were created by Avinash. They were humble and understood our requirements. Helped us with multiple changes in design phase. I recommend them for custom woodwork. The quality was good. The delivery and installation was also on time.

After exploring few interior designers, zeroed in on Custom Furnish based on the finish, quality of materials used and the way Mr. Arun Kumar Chilkuri handled our queries and concerns. Arun has patiently understood our requirements and incrementally refined the designs to our satisfaction. Installation team was lead by Mr. Ranjit and they have done a great job with experienced carpenters. Overall, It's been a very positive experience end to end.

Kudos to Mr. Pavan Kumar, as he has done a marvelous job of guiding, designing multiple times based on our fickle-minded thoughts or requirements, and he had a lot of Patience to listen and answer all our queries. I like and appreciate the most here is the time frame. Agreed to delivery in 21 days, and the installation would be done in a week or two. They have done it as agreed, even though the lock-down was there in May 2021. Appreciate the carpenter Mr. Bablu Khan has done a great job too.
