The architects and engineers of LM have performed property condition assessments on thousands of commercial real estate properties of all types and sizes throughout North America. Technologies continue to be embraced to increase levels of efficiency and to allow more in-depth analysis of critical issues.
LM has served as the construction consultant for hundreds of lenders and investors on thousands of construction projects. These projects have ranged in size from smaller, freestanding retail stores with 3- to 4-month construction periods to larger, mixed-use high-rises that have multi-year construction periods.
Each LM Energy Audit is performed by a licensed Mechanical Engineer and a Certified Energy Auditor (certified by the Association of Energy Engineers). As with each of LM's services, we will tailor the Building Energy Performance Assessment specifically to the needs of our clients. Specifically, our Energy Audit services can be formatted to accommodate ANSI/ASHRAE/ACCA Standard 211P or ASTM Standard E2797-11.
