Our company was founded by Larry Cotter Jr. in 1985 in Brockton, Massachusetts. In 1987, we relocated to the Lakes Region of central New Hampshire, where we've been involved with commercial, retail, and residential construction ever since. The owner, Khun Suchart is a knowledgeable, helpful and true hotelier. You will find anything in his shop and if you don't, there's nothing he can't custom make for you. A true trend setter, a legend amongst the food and beverage business. Shop is expanding in 2 more shop houses, so the choice is quite literally endless
