Very furious. Been living at West End Villiage Apartments here in PA for 4 years. We have been having issues with roaches for over a year now on and off. We have yet to have this issue addressed properly AND our rent is going up again. I don't advise moving here unless you want a subpar apartment with increased rent per year.

Very disappointed with this company. I have never lived at any of their apartments. However, I found Hillsborough Village Center apartments that were absolutely perfect for us. My husband and I have to move due to job relocation, and everything about this apartment complex was what we were looking for. We knew there wasn't any availability right now but were willing to continue our longer commutes until one opened up because we liked it that much.

We also saw it was pet friendly which is necessary as we have 2 dogs. It was perfect, our search was done. Then we saw they allow 2 pets, however only 1 dog. You can have a dog and a cat, or 2 cats, but only 1 dog. One of our dogs is 16lbs and acts like a cat anyway. But we cannot live here simply because we have two dogs. EXTREMELY disappointed in whoever made that policy change. As I was told there are family's living there with 2 dogs that got grandfathered in.

Make excuses for poor employee behaviors. Living here has made my C-PTSD worse and I have medical records to prove that. If I had one word to say it would be listen to your residents. I would not suggest the company to anyone not even my enemy.

As much as I love my apartment, I wish they would focus on the older properties before they go and make brand new ones. I live in a dingy apartment complex that needs tons of work (which I mentioned to management as well as other tenets) nothing has been done in the last few years I've been here. It's disappointing to see all these other properties get great treatment but the older ones are left in the dark. Although I'll probably live here another year or two I wouldn't recommend the hills at Lehigh or the company itself since they don't take care of their people

Family owned, growing company that cares about their employees and tenants. Company outings promote camaraderie and practiced sound management during COVID pandemic. Opportunity for advancement for those that are interested in growth.

Best job I have ever had! If you want to work for a company where you feel appreciated and love going to work, Larken is the company. Upper management is always very responsive, and they really care about all of their employees and residents!

I have been working for Larken for nearly two years and I absolutely love working here! Never have any issues with getting a quick response from upper management and the company is always expanding.

I have been with the company for 16 years now working various positions, I have grown with the company and truly enjoy coming to work everyday. I appreciate the dedication the company shows to it's employees.

Poor work environment, management doesn't know how to manage, many of the employees spread gossip and are backstabbers, good employees don't stay because of this and more, and the people they keep to work are clueless. 1 star for them. It's not a new company to have all these problems and more. Sad to see a company allow this to go on. Company really does need an overhaul, starting at the top.

And in response to your return feedback, people should know about employers like you and my prior employer, thus the reason for a review. As for all that you've stated in your response, anyone that would look into your track record with employees, would see where the truth is. I would expect you guys to cover whatever you can. Your medical benefits are horrible and extremely over priced, flexibility is a lie, family friendly atmosphere is a joke, and on site training, lies.

As for a caring work force, be honest, you're looking for slaves to keep their mouth shut in poor conditions. By the way, thanks for trolling my profile and reviews, shows that you care, more like you're trying to debunk the truths I've stated. Good luck with that. P.S. I see no mention on prior job reviews that I left 5 stars for. Check the view counts! Perspective employees, you've been warned.
