That means you'll have the opportunity to work side-by-side with industry veterans on our state's most complicated construction projects.

Our success depends on our partners, and our clients benefit from well-qualified subcontractors on the Lydig team. In fact, we rely on the subcontractor and supplier business community for substantial portions of our projects as generally 75-85% of a project is subcontracted. We have developed subcontractor and supplier relationships in the Pacific Northwest, throughout the Western Region and beyond. We are focused on contributing to the local economies and endeavor to utilize firms in these locales to the maximum extent possible.

At Lydig, creating and maintaining a culture that encourages diversity is our goal. Partnerships with Small Businesses and Minority, Women, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (M/W/DBE) firms are a priority and we have developed valuable, long-standing relationships through working together with these types of firms.
