The last couple of months Saturdays have been a challenge with the one party in the office at a time rule. We have had people show up when someone was here and have to sit and wait a long time in the driveway and then leave (no doubt frustrated) and had a number of Saturdays with no traffic at all. Keep them in your mind like puzzle pieces in a bag you carry around. DO - Use model homes to get a feel for room sizes and floor plan styles that you can apply when looking at plans.

We are changing the configuration of our lot and need to move a couple of our model homes. So we are doing something we never do. These pricing are for the houses sitting on our lot as they sit. Buyers would be responsible for the hiring of an approved set crew to dismantle and relocate the houses. All cost associated with this is not included.

Their website says they build within a 100 mile radius of their location, but when I called they told me I was too far away. My property is 50.4 miles from them, but was told "we don't go more than an hour away". Misleading website. 1 hour, 3 min is too far?

We have done business with them 2 times, They built a beautiful home for us on our property and we got a Mobile Home for my mother in law and put it in a community right near there. They were very upfront, no surprise cost after and pricing was fair when you realized they were including everything. Just a great business.
