Founder and President Mike Silver has worked in every facet of the construction industry since 1972. He began working at his uncle's roofing and siding company until he graduated the electrical program at a trade school in 1977. He has remained in construction completing renovations, repairs and additions to homes that are more than a 100 years old.
M Silver Company Inc offers a wide range of services such as new constructions, remodels and fast track constructions. We serve our clients across the entire Massachusetts, Merrimack Valley areas. We are capable of handling commercial, industrial, and residential construction services of varied sizes and scope.
M Silver did construction management, design, consulting and build out, including oversight and work on hazardous waste mitigation, for the owner to aid in conversion of this industrial complex into condominiums. Our full building surveying is used to develop a maintenance and repair strategy. Planning and development of industrial projects like the condo project at Bartley Machine. Mike did an outstanding job of design and construction. He took my old, outdated ranch and completely renovated it from the ground up. He exceeded every expectation I had and delivered a beautiful home that is perfect in every detail. He came in on time and under budget. Every window put into my house was installed incorrectly. Not a single one will latch properly. No nail holes were filled, boards were installed out of square and miscut. His guys are so infuriatingly lazy that there are notes, calculations, and markings written on my trim. This man is a fraud, if you care about your investments in your property, look elsewhere. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HACK.

I hired Mike to do the build-out for my dental office. Of all the decisions I made during this process, hiring him was by far the best decision I made. Mike is EASY to work with and gets things done. His attention to detail is top-notch and there were no surprises or excuses. He finished the job on time and was always available to answer my questions during the project. His crew is very professional and kept a neat and tidy job site. Would I hire him if I were starting this project again or for future projects? Without any hesitation.
