Mainardi Roofing

We contracted Duane Mainardi Builders, LLC of 101 Marbel Avenue, Marlton, N. Jersey 08053 to replace roofs on Mainland Condominium Corporation's condos in Vineland, N. J. From their very informative personal proposal to their completion of the first phase of 6 double homes in our community, I find that they are totally professional, competent and efficient.

They showed up at 7:00 a.m. with a large crew of experienced roofers and completely removed double roofs and damaged plywood and installed new GAF guaranteed roofs to each double condo and cleaned up and left the premises by 4:00 p.m. The end result is beautiful and has already been tested by rain, snow and high winds. I would unequivocally recommend them as roofers. We intend to use them for the next phase of roof replacements in the very near future.

Duane Mainardi is the real deal. 3rd generation builder. He knows it all and proves that to you when you first meet him. He literally takes every piece of material off of his truck and explains the entire process to you while providing you with the estimate. When he leaves you have no doubt that he's going to do the best job and not cut any corners(it's a roof, you may regret cutting corners).

In 24-48 hours you will be emailed a full detailed estimate and then mailed a copy of the estimate, insurance, and details of the 100's of houses that he's completed within your area. Every other estimate I received before him was a 1 page form that was completed in 5 minutes at your house while you weren't there. And their estimate was on par with the other 2 that I received.

Duane replaced my roof years ago. He was very reasonable and did quality work. We had a good amount of siding blow off in a storm a few years ago. I filed insurance claim and they also checked the roof to see if damage there. The adjuster commented that it was one of the best installs he had seen. I definitely recommend.

Enjoyed working with Duane Mainardi Builders on the installation of a new roof and gutters on our house. Before, during and after the work, DMB communicated well the details of the job. Mr. Mainardi personally came to the job site to oversee the progress and offer his insight. The installation crew worked quickly and efficiently to finish the job in a day.

Duane Mainardi is extremely reliable, professional and honest. His teams are of the highest ethical standards. I've used them for a new roof in 2013 and for gutter/roof repairs in 2021 due to snow damage. In each instance, Mr. Mainardi helped me through the insurance process and explained in detail what needed to be done to do the job right. Duane was so professional and patient with me. He took time to explain everything to me. Having 3 other quotes and trying to compare them was not easy. He helped me understand them as well. Always answered the phone or called me right back. I needed baffles added, and a skylight removed. They replace all the plywood due to having little-ventilation and mildew on all the plywood.

They fixed the ventilation issue and much more. Plus I got the best of everything with the highest warranty. Plus Duane is in the BBB, he has been in business for 44 + years, and had a great rating. They came and delivered what they promised. My roof is beautiful. They cleaned up well too. I had my new roof installed in probably less than 6 hours total. His workers were all professional and he had some hi tech equipment. satisfied!

Duane and his crew did a great job on my house. I had a huge tree come down on my roof and do some serious damage to the roof and structure. He worked directly with my insurance adjuster to make sure everything was going to be covered and repaired properly. The crew came on the day they said they would and did a wonderful job cleaning up. As predicted, the dumpster was picked up from my driveway early this a.m. and I have a beautiful new roof! What a pleasure to work with Duane Mainardi and what a fine job he and his staff and crew did from start to finish. Communication is the key, as well as quality of work and materials. Every phone call was answered immediately or message returned promptly. Jim explained in advance what to expect, from preparation to execution to clean up, and that was exactly how it happened. Duane made me feel like his most important customer! I had some tight time constraints which he cheerfully accommodated. I can't say enough about how pleased I am.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Duane Mainardi Builders. I NEVER write reviews, but i feel that this business is highly deserving of recognition for the quality of workmanship, ease with which to work and Duane's responsiveness and flexibility. Duane (i) made several trips to my home to help me match colors prior to the job; (ii) was very accommodating when my work demands necessitated rescheduling a couple of times; (iii) spent considerable time working with my insurer prior to me signing any contracts or awarding him the job; and (iv) did a great job replacing my entire roof and removing any debris, all in under two days.

If you are ever met with the unfortunate need to replace your roof, I don't think its an overstatement to say that it would be quite an undertaking to try to find a better contractor than Duane Mainardi Builders.

DMB just replaced my parent's roof. The level of professionalism and industry knowledge is well above par. I vetted through 6 different roofing companies, none of them were able to address detailed questions nor did they provide a line by line itemization of the services and charges. Mr. Minardi is responsive and very accessible. The crew was diligent and they took great care in protecting the landscaping and conducting a thorough clean up.

All workers are employees (not subcontractors) which is a major plus. Amazingly, their pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend DMB for your roofing needs. I will defintely use them for any future roofing needs.

We need the trim and gutters replaced on our house. We checked out the reviews and BBB on different companies. We decided to use Duane and his crew. They did an excellent job. Would hesitate to use him in the future.

Duane Mainardi installed a new roof and fresh pieces of plywood on my house and garage last summer. He came highly recommended by my father, whom also had a new roof installed on his 3 story historic home. I always go by the rule of getting several quotes for any major job. Duane and his team installed a roof on our home and it was a professional job all the way around. They showed up exactly as scheduled and completed the job as quoted. A little over a year ago Duane Mainardi Builders installed a new roof on our home. The work was first class and we were very pleased. This past weekend we had an extremely violent storm which caused a large tree limb to land on my roof with a loud thud. I called Duane Monday morning ( 2 days after the storm) to ask if he could have someone remove the limb and see if the roof was damaged.

In less than 2 hours one his workers showed up and cleared the limb from the roof. He further assured me there was no damage. Outstanding service! We wery very impressed. Steve and Jane K

DMB just re-roofed our home. I recommend them highly. We called Duane during the cold weather months, he examined our roof, pointed out (correctly) several areas needing further attention in order to provide proper integrity to the roofing system. We arranged for the work to be done once the weather was warm enough for roofing. Duane coordinated all details, the group showed up on the designated day, and proceeded in a highly organized fashion.

The roof is rather large and we had some rotten wood requiring replacement. Nonetheless, the complete job with really thorough clean-up was done in the one day. Duane took the time to answer our many questions, was never impatient, and he closely supervised all facets of the job, ensuring quality work. And, the cost for the work was very competitive!
