Since its inception in 1932, Matheus Lumber has been supplying commercial lumber and plywood for use in multi-family construction projects. The multi-family division leads commercial construction projects, including apartments, condos, senior living facilities, and other associated construction. The typical project size in the multi-family division ranges from 25,000 to over 500,000 square feet, and contract shipments range from four to eight months in duration.Our flexibility allows us to provide commercial lumber and materials to meet the demands of any project.
Matheus Lumber supplies plywood, lumber, trusses, and engineered wood to a wide variety of school projects. School construction is one of our specialties with an average of over eight million dollars of lumber supplied per year on schools alone. Projects include small elementary schools, large public schools, and multi-location university buildings.
Matheus Lumber has been supplying commercial lumber and plywood for mixed-use construction projects since 1932. This division of our company leads large mixed-use projects. Apartments or condos with attached retail space are one example. Project sizes typically range from 100,000 to 300,000 square feet with contract shipments ranging from four to eight months in duration.

Matheus lumber contacted me through my general contractor that my windows were ready for pick up, I left a voice mail with them to confirm this, crickets. i then called them and said I was coming to pick up the windows. They said that's fine. I left seattle and took two days off work to travel to Ellensburg, rented a trailer. When I arrived they said they didn't have them.
That was one email, one voice mail, one personal phone call, and still they screwed up my order. If you use these guys, don't trust a thing they say, follow up everything. Oh, and btw, they blamed Covid, give me a break.
