We had Amber Howland described as a new and upcoming agent. She is not the most competent, well qualified or the most motivated individual after using many realtors and management companies in the past. It is embarrassing that she is tarnishing the reputation of the company. Finding someone else to work with is advisable. However, there are many other low reviews posted on Yelp that match the entirety of this company.
There might be a diamond in the rock, but Amber is not one of them. Not even close. Take this advice with a grain of salt and it is my pleasure to help others find the right representation.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had renting a home. My room had no A/C no heating, I had pests like mice and cats wander through my home. Still I stayed and fixed all of those issues myself. At one point they brought me steel wool, but that was the extent of their help. It's really saddens me to say that Mcdougal does not care for people who are renting homes at all.
They called me a liar for saying that I tried contacting them even though I have phone records proving other wise. Please go somewhere else. Location rentals will treat you much better.

One star is too generous. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE THE WORST. First off, it takes an act of Congress to get anything fixed by them. And at the end of my lease, I left my rental in better shape than when I moved in. Very clean with a freshly mowed yard. I recieved 10% of my deposit back. I will never rent from these thieves again and will do my best to let everyone else know how they run their properties.
